Everytime I go into this store they are always very sweet and helpful. The only craft store I shop at in town!

Went in for somethings that the online app said was available, drove an hour and get there to be told they dont carry what I went in for, the girl wasnt too nice about it when asking why it said it was available there online. Nothing to keep me away but next time I will call to be sure they have what I need before making that drive again. Store was clean and they have other neat things

Great store to get craft supplies.

I was looking at the yarn and a young lady that worked there help me find what I was looking for for 3 months she was very helpful did not give her name she called another store and they had what I needed. Shes the nicest person there since Ive been going there. All other times I went there the ladies at the check out were very rude. I wish everyone was nice and helpful as her.

Didnt find the light i wanted. But no negative comments. The bathrooms were clean.

Was looking for Decorative 1 stick on letters. No luck. Thought for sure a crafting store would have them. All I found was iron on and Block letters. Lots of good sales on fabrics and decor right now, though ☺️

The store is always clean and always has the latest holiday items on sale and right up front on display. Their coupons are on line and you dont have to be on the mailing list to get them.

Im making a flannel baby quilt and chose about 8 fabric designs. The clerk was nice and friendly as she measured and cut each piece. She was very efficient and quickly finished my order. The flannel is an excellent quality and heavy enough to hold up to many washings.I have always experienced excellent customer service. They have some of the cutest displays and it gets your own imagination working for your next project. Its one of my favorite stores to shop at.

Joanns is cheery and bright and the minute you walk thru the door, you see that it is very organized. I buy fabric there and they have a massive inventory of all colors and styles. I never wait more than a couple of minutes to get my fabric cut.The workers are very helpful and even gave me advice on a craft I was working on and could not get one part to work right.I could not get coupons to come up on my phone for some reason so the cashier took my phone and had the coupons pulled up, scanned in and my transaction at Joanns was complete. Very efficient. It is my all time favorite store. I could spend hours in there. (I usually spend a couple of hours at least!)

JOANNES in Tullahoma is small and their inventory is limited due to size. However its organized and clean inside. Some of the staff (60/40) is very helpful. They offer good deals weekly with coupons. Their quality of goods is what you would expect from a big box retailer.

All the sales personnel were friendly and helpful, one even multi-tasking by helping two customers at the same time. The cashier was delightful, professional, and efficient.

This store was lifeless. In disarray. I dont think I will ever come home and shop here again. Prices are very high for this area sadly.

I went in about 3 weeks ago looking for a specific color of duct tape. They had 4 rolls in the store. I needed more and they found additional rolls in other Joann stores. The ladies ordered it and called me when it came in. Very friendly and helpful staff! Definitely recommended!!

Th. yarn is good and they have regular great sales. Most of the employees are helpful and nice.

Expect a 10 deep line with only 1 cashier. The coupons rarely work as they use sales on their ridiculously priced products to make not eligible making it so hard to know how much you are spending. The prints (90% of fabric)are mostly garish. Brenda is helpful, but others are rude. Stay away if you can.

I love getting to stop in at Joann. The staff is always so pleasant and I can always find what Im looking for when I need crafting supplies.

I browsed the store. Been a while since I did any kind of needle work or crafts. Amazing, all the new gadgets available. I needed help threading a needle and found what I needed.

There is a good variety of fabric and notions. My only complaint is related to coupons. The store advertises a good coupon, but it is only usable on full price items. Nothing is full price but may only be 5% off. That makes a 50% off coupon useless.

The store is what they call a limited store so they dont have some of the items a normal Joanns would have in stock for that reason I had to give it a lower rating but I have to say they have super wonderful customer service skills the workers are all very nice and helpful

Great place and great service. It has a wide variety of fabric, beads, paper and other crafting and sewing materials.

Overpriced. Terrible customer service. Dont restock worth a darn. Cashier 9 times out 10 is not up front because they are wondering around the store. If you ask a question their answers are normally in a tone what are you dumb or something like folks that are trying to do something new they make you feel ignorant. Pattern file cabinets are a mess. Why bother to even have the labels stating what pattern number should be found in the draw. Have to start with first draw and work down. Plus many patterns number cards are in the draw but no patterns. If you all dont carry that pattern then pull the card. I read many a review and it is clear Corporate has no care to fix their issues with customer service. Been shopping now at Walmart, and Amazon who sales nice cotton material by the yard. Its a shame for the store in Tullahoma is not how the majority of Joanns are.

Wonderful selection of all kinds of craft, hobby things to do and check out! I find something new everytime! Lots of parking and wheel chair access.

At one time I would have given them 5 stars, but I have changed my mind (and the store I go to). I needed something, they told me they ordered it for me, and it was supposed to take 2 days to get it. I called after 2 days and every day after that. After 7 days the manager FINALLY told me she forgot to order it. I also heard an elderly woman ask an employee for help carrying something and she was told get a buggy, thats why we have them. That was the last time I ever went to that store.

This place has everything you would need as far as crafts, projects, sewing, etc etc. Is on the pricey side. Better if you can catch sales and use coupons.

Absolutely too cold to try to shop. No volunteer help at all from any of the standing around employees. We were looking for material for curtains but impossible to find 10 yards of the same pattern. What a wasted trip all the way from Monteagle.

It was easy to find, staff feiendly and helpful, no pics this time soery. Its a smaller than Im used to Joanns bit nice . Grwat sales yesterday.

Limited supply dont always have what im looking for living in a somewhat remote area i dont get to go very often so what they dont have i end up haing to order. The employees have always been very nice and friendly and very helpful would love to see a better stock of yarn and different size and color of cat and animal eyes and also a better stock of different types of animal noses. I am a crochet pattern designer and sell my patterns online and our local stores are super limited on yarn stock. This joann location is 45 mins away from me and my go to place when i need yarn right away.

Let me start off by saying I love Joanns as a store, but the Tullahoma locations employees are awful! I go to this store about once or twice a week and rarely receive good customer service. Ive held off on leaving a bad review for a while because the staff used to be wonderful, but lately not so much. Im just tired of going here spending money only to be treated like garbage. Everytime I go here Im either talked to like a child, get the rudest things said and done to me or completely ignored. If you ask any of these employees a question they act like you just slapped them in the face. They dont actually listen to what you are saying they just interrupt you with an unrelated answer or a wrong answer. They also never know where anything is. But they will make sure to tell you they are closing every five minutes of the last two hours they are open. Also if you go in thirty minutes before close dont be surprised if they refuse to let you in. It has happened to me twice, where an employee has physical stood in my way and refused to let me in 45 minutes until closing. When I told her I just needed buttons she said Go to Walmart. Also expect to wait 15 minutes to be checked out because rarely is anyone at the front counter. If you need fabric its like playing hide and seek with the employees or you have to wait 30 minutes. Please fix your staffs attitudes and work ethic.

Not a lot of selections here for a Joann Fabrics. I have been to way better.

This is a great place to shop for all your crafting needs,sewing,knitting,crochet,beading ect.Since Handcocks close in Murfreesboro.This is where I shop.

Every time we go they have exactly what my wife wants.
