We had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Tullahoma. Mark was super knowledgeable and super helpful during our time there. He was very helpful in the sense he accommodated all of our wants and needs to find the perfect mattress. After we got pricing on the mattress we wanted, we thought it through and went back a few days later. The manager, Robert, was in that day and he helped us with any other last questions we had. We ordered the mattress Monday and it’s to come tomorrow! Overall the gentleman at this location made mattress shopping a very pleasant experience.

Trish was wonderful! I went to Mattress Firm about a month ago and was very confused and overwhelmed with the selection. However, when I went back on Saturday, the selection process has been simplified to three steps and after answering a few questions, I was able to quickly find the mattress for me in my price range. Trish was able to answer all my questions. Great experience!

This is a locally run business that we are really pleased to support. Overall, it was a terrific buying experience. We were allowed to roam the store freely and ask all the questions we wanted. There was NO sales pressure. In fact, the manager pointed us to starter level adjustable bed and mattress, and we worked our way up to a significantly higher level bed on our own. Wonderful.

The mattresses are perfect. They fit the bunk beds just right, and they are the right firmness. Although sometimes my oldest think the floor is just as comfy some days. Odd, I know. But they guys that delivered helped them into the bedroom and I had no trouble getting them covered and up into the frames.

These folks know their products and everyone working there worked together. Great experience. They set up our purchase for a delivery in a different state. The prices were great as well.

I was looking for a bed for my daughter. I had been looking all day for the best price, but even discount retailers didn’t fall in my budget. I went to Mattress Firm, told the gentleman what I needed, and he took me directly to what I wanted. He didn’t try to hustle me or push me to get something more expensive. We were in and out in about 20 minutes, and ended up spending a little less than what I thought I would. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm!

I went in and told the guy I needed 3 sets of queen mattress and box springs. They ranged from low end to very high end. I told him my situation of having to start over and they have layaway and they also offer delivery options. Im so glad I stopped in!! Will definitely be back in the future.

Mark was awesome! It took me a while to make up my mind about which mattress I wanted. I visited several times and asked lots of questions. He was just as attentive when I was looking at $700 mattresses and asking questions as he was when I was looking at mattresses that cost several thousand. I finally chose the purple hybrid and he made sure I knew (before I was paying) that it would be a while before it came in because of a large amount of orders placed. He was also great with my daughter and answered her questions about pillows (I ended up buying one for her). This is by far the best experience I’ve had buying a mattress and that is 100% due to Mark helping me out.

I had a very good experience at the Tullahoma location. The gentleman assisting, Mark Burgnon, was professional, had knowledge of products we were interested in and was very kind and easy to work with. No complaints here.

The sale person was very polite knew his business but did not listen to what I wanted. I said I wanted an extra firm. Trusting him to sell me an extra firm we didnt check the mattresses when they were delivered. Three months later they had dips where our bodies lay where we sleep. I called the store and they were very reasonable about exchanging them. The delivery truck came today. I ask if they were extra firm, reply was firm. I told the delivery man I had purchased extra firm. I them called the store. He confirmed he sold us firm mattresses after me telling him I wanted extra firm.We are now on our way to the store to get our money back. He said we needed to come to the store to sign paperwork.

I expected this place to be a little more expensive, but the prices were good...I hit a sale! The salesperson was super friendly. I even left the store and did some price checking and called back. The guy remembered us, answered a hundred more questions, and took care of us over the phone. I definitely recommend!!!!

The person that helped us, Melody, was so amazing, and extremely helpful in helping us find exactly what we needed. We had our mattress delivered to our new home in Memphis. We were going to be out of town for a while right after our purchase, and I believe we scheduled it to be delivered in about two weeks. It was delivered on time, and the deliverers were professional and efficient. I highly recommend this store!

Wow, the amount of knowledge that our sales person (Robert) had was unbelievable. He was able to get us the mattress and base we needed to feel rested and help some joint pains Ive been dealing with. After a few months on our new mattress I was able to confidently recommend other family members to buy from Mattress Firm and they are VERY happy with the recommendation.

Bought one of their top end house brand twin mattress, a year ago for a truddle bed. This is surprising comfortable given it lays on a suspension bed spring frame (no box springs). All adults visiting have said the mattress was great sleep comfort. Planning to buy another. See Robert as he will give you a good deal.

The one star is for our salesmen in the tullahoma store he was great and I couldnt have asked for more from him he 100% did his job...we purchased a complete new set and pillows on the labor day Sale and paid cash in store almost $5,000 and we left the store very happy but sadly thats where it stopped..I could write a book on the delivery issues and lies and rudeness but to keep it short i am now 4 days passed my scheduled delivery date and its now 9:35pm on the 4th day and I still dont have my bed ..we were told its a subcontracted delivery company but wasnt told the name of the delivery company but I still hold this rating to matress firm because it is their decision to hire them ..due to trusting our delivery date and time when we set it in store we had given our previous bed set to a friend in need and they picked up the set the morning of our new sets delivery appointment so yes now my finance and I are sleeping on blankets on the floor. If you purchase from mattress firm I would highly recommend you have a way to pick it up yourself or hire your own delivery company. Absolutely ridiculous ! Not sure how our deal with the company will end up turning out.
