Id say these guys are pretty alright when it comes to records. Me and my brother stop by sometimes to see what records they have and from the times weve visited we always ended up buying a record or two. Pretty good prices for used records in my honest opinion and theyre pretty clean most of the time. I definitely recommend checking them out for their selection and prices. Although just a bit of a warning, its a lot of flipping youll be doing ;->

Been in this store 1000 times without a mask. Haven’t said one word about wearing any. Then tonight I go in and then the worker is RUDE and tells me to get a mask... No telling when the card reader has last been sanitized or the last time they washed their hands. If you want to be strict about “policies” you guys need to follow CDC guidelines. AND then I stood up at the register while the employee just talks to his friend and not even acknowledged that I’m there. I’ve been here a hundred times to do business but I’m not going there anymore. Games usually don’t work, and then I buy a game system and then not even receiving all the items that come with it. DO NOT GO HERE

They required mask 😷even tho the state of Tennessee has removed mask mandates. Yet Ive been there a couple of times these past couple of months without a mask and didnt have one problem. If your gonna require mask then require mask dont go back and forth on your policies. Ive also been fully vaccinated since December so I havent worried about giving anyone covid if I felt like I was exposed to it or had it I wouldnt even go out and about.

This is a great store with a great group of people running it. It’s unfortunate that it’s located in a redneck infested town that doesn’t believe in Covid and constantly harasses the staff about the in store mask policy. It’s my go to gaming store, and I always leave as a satisfied customer. Anybody that complains about wearing a mask in there can go shop at Walmart.

Refused service because I refused a mask. No Mask, No Service? Sounds good to me, I can shop for old DS games online and contribute to the death of brick and mortar gaming stores. Congrats, you played yourselves.

They’re selling current Pokémon packs for $9.99 each. Current mass prints that are available for less than half that. They’re literally buying boosters at retail (which they’re supposed to be) and price gouging customers. I also dislike the bigger guy constantly passively aggressively bragging about his collection. I want to support them but they’ve become a little sketch and I can’t support a business like that.

Id like to start off saying we have been shopping here for years and have been usual customers we have all the playstations so we come frequently when we are in Tullahoma. When they began selling Pokémon cards we came ALL the time. I have a very big collection and have been collecting for years. Well in August we found out my brother in law stole my high value Pokémon cards. I called places around seeing if my cards were sold there. They were sold at Game X Change. I had a list of my top dollar cards on my phone from the TCG player app. Went to the store and pulled the cards that were still in the store that I had on my app. All I wanted was my cards on the app the rest I can recollect no big deal. I offered to pay back what they gave him for selling my cards and whatever other items he sold them. I didnt care I wanted my few cards that were left. They said they would have to speak to there owner Chris about it. I waited, waited never heard back so today I went up there to be told they wouldnt do that and that we would have to pay the value of the cards now. One of the cards is a base set charizard worth $500 dollars now. I will NOT be buying cards from here nor will we do any sort of business with them anymore. This is NOT how you treat your valued customers. He claimed they would lose money. You CAN NOT lose money when I am paying you the money you gave him for selling my cards and other items.

Staff is always helpful regarding new but especially retro games & systems. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and the store is straight and full of stock.Highly recommend!!!!!

Walked into this store for the first time and they wanted $10 for a booster pack that came out that day. I wasnt sure if it was a joke or not. If you want Pokemon cards, do not shop here. If youre a scalper, go ahead and buy from them.

Love this store. I buy all my retro games and consoles here. The employees really know their stuff and love the games they sell. Ive found the prices on the older stuff (all Im interested in, really) to be comparable with eBay, but with the added benefit of being able to talk to someone about the game before you buy it. The people are the reason I keep going back there. Highly recommend!

I shopped here before the store expansion and now with the expansion, its even better! Theyve got a lot to offer and at the very least, its worth checking out! This store will be especially helpful for families who are new to the gaming world and its many forms. Totally recommended!

Had a great experience there today. The Staff was friendly, Myles and Taylor, and both gals, didnt catch their names. Five stars for service and staff. Most classic prices were fair, allot of newer stuff was a bit high. Five stars for selection. 3 stars for price, allot of it can be had online for lots less. Typical retail story these days. Brick and mortar retailers need to try and compete on price when prices and stores are as close as everybodys pocket. Learning from all the other retailers that are going under would be wise. Total of 4.33 stars. Would recommend THIS location after this visit. Its better than others in the chain. Hope they last.

Good store for picking up used video games and movies. Might want to be careful if you have a stronger sense of smell.. Im not sure whether its the customers, the staff, or the building itself, but.. Everytime I come in to this store, I get a strong sense of body odor, usually near the entrance, newer releases rack, and employee picks section. Other than that, prices seem reasonable enough and thr store is usually very clean.

Great service. Has a bit more of a selection than the one in town, so we visit when we go out to Tullahoma. Prices seem cheaper too. But when we puschased a couple of games we paid about 2-3 bucks more than the sticker said. Didnt realize it until after we were halfway back home. Got to see what theyll have to say about that.

Im never going back there again! They scammed me out of five dollars for a movie which I couldve gotten used and in great condition for two! It was still in box, and supposedly unopened. I left the store and looked in the box to find that the movie was all scratched up! The prices are horrible, and they have terrible customer service! They wanted to give me store credit instead of my MONEY. My hard earned MONEY. My older brother once took his Xbox in there, and they said theyd give $5 for it. He took about $150+ dollars worth of games in there and they offered him $2.

Honestly the best place to buy Video Games in the Winchester-Tullahoma area. The new expansion adding a drink cooler and various snacks is also great. The ability to find both amazing video games at good prices and affordable DnD supplies at one place is one of the main reasons I love this location. Although service is slightly shorthanded, they are trained very well and will get you out of the store quickly and efficiently. All of this on top of the events that GameXchange hosts such as the Dnd character building session and others makes this an amazing video game store.

I am thrilled to support this business. It is by far a better business than the big corporate competitor known as gamestop. I love the selection of retro games, IMHO kids today have no idea what skill it takes to play and be a master of games like donkey Kong, pitfall, ms pacman, frogger, kaboom and qbert to name a few. Usually they are really good, Ive spent a lot of time taking my son here, but the past few times Ive been there is went down..Today we bought a Xbox over the weekend and was having some trouble with it and figured we would swing by there and see if we needed to buy a power adapter or just a Xbox from them and get our money back on the one we bought otw. Well he took a quick look at it and told me the seal was broke so it was probably no good, and I asked him if he could plug it in and see if thats what was going on, He told me he was too busy for him to mess with it and as there was no other customers in the store I told him whatever it is Ill buy it from you like I always do, once again he stated he was too busy and turned and walked away . So we are now headed to game stop in Manchester to buy a new one..Thanks for the help...
