These people at the pharmacy are rude. One actually said “ I need to go somewhere else and get my “ controlled subscription “ if I’m not going to get all my meds here”. All because I canceled a subscription that was $40 there and $4 at Walmart.Some dude named Alex has next to NO customer service skills.Not surprised there are several other inquiries on their behavior

Today I went to get pictures off my download on phone and was completely lost on how to do it. I am 84 and not computer savy. The young man Jason was so helpful and spent about a half hour just helping me get what I wanted He is an outstanding young man and an asset to your store.Thank you Jason

This Walgreens is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever interacted with. The technicians and pharmacists are always rude and have the worst attitudes. They are lazy and dont care about people, or representing their company professionally. They have a hard time filling prescriptions accurately as well. Save yourself the trouble and go to CVS where you will be treated respectfully and professionally.

The worse Walgreens I have ever experienced! I’m from Murfreesboro their Walgreens staff was so nice and sweet and they deal with twice amount of people than Tullahoma Walgreens! I have had poor customer service experience with every single staff member! I’m a assistant manager in the customer service industry and I know how some customers can be rude or slow or Mean, but they all chooses to work their so give good customer service! When I call to ask if my prescription is ready don’t say u don’t have anything on file without checking your voicemail first I had to have My doctor call and tell one of them to check their voicemail! A hour later goes by BOOM I get a text stating my prescription is ready for pick up! I understand they all must be overwhelmed due to all the Covid testing, but again find a new job if you don’t like your job! If a customer before me was rude toYou don’t take it out on me by being short with me and rude! I never leave a google review but it has been almost a year and this store is still awful! Unfortunately I have to come here because the other pharmacy don’t carry my meds or I would of left longTime ago!

Pharmacist wouldnt fill medication because I didnt have all my prescriptions at that Walgreens. I completely understand the desire to confirm interactions between drugs, but when they are all prescribed by the same doctor that makes no sense. It seems like a way to try and get more business under the guise of managing controlled substances. Nonetheless, our family will not be using this Walgreens in the future.

The pharmacy stayed closed for two days due to no pharmacist on dutyNow the line wraps around the building and is unbelievably slow

The pharmacist working on Jan 5 2021 was super nice and helpful to my husband who ran out of his anxiety meds over the weekend. They supplied him with an emergency 3 day supply and it eased his mind. The Walgreens in Lewisburg would not do this. We appreciate the generosity shown during such a tough time during the world

I will have to say that the ladies upfront have always been extremely nice. The pharmacy is a joke!! I went to get my daughters prescription and the young man that waited on me was extremely rude!! I told him that he could at least say please and Thank you. He told me that he was doing us a favor by filling the medication and I needed to go somewhere else If needed a prescription filled that he didnt have to take attitude from noone. I have never experienced unprofessional behavior or such a self entitlement attitude in my life. Of course he wasnt wearing a name tag and they refused to give me his name. I have been working in the customer service/Hospitality industry all of my life. I can assure you that the pharmacy could use a lot of training when it comes to the people who are paying your bills!!

I have NEVER waited in a drive-thru line waiting for someone to have a conversation while others waited in line. We will be changing our pharmacy because it is so unprofessional and disrespectful of others.

Would rate a 1star if I could.went in there one night after work to find some med for my youngest son the pharmacy told me they can help me due to him being under the age of 2. Ok I get that but they wouldnt even recommend anything they were rude to myself as well as turning up their noses to my kids

The pharmacy would only fill 5 days worth of a 9 day prescription, said they would fill the remaining portion after the 5 day portion was finished. No problem! Called after 5 days, the recording said they were working on the balance which would not be ready until Thursday 5pm. Called again Thursday morning only to find that they totally lost the prescription information so couldnt fill the balance at all. Totally irresponsible!

Went to pick up my medicines and the one guy which looks like Chinese wants to try and and put my doctor down for giving me my medicines my doctor knows what medicines I need to take and how many a day to take my doctor is the one that writes my prescription as I have told my doctor about what this guy has said.and done so if I have to my doctor said to just find another drug store for they have no right in trying to tell a customer about what medicines they get and take their not my doctor this has really up set me he has no right to treat people this way

I love it! The workers are wonderful!!! It isnt much cheaper but with the great workers its worth it ❤️

Everyones always so helpful but the wait at the pharmacy is a bit long at times.

This pharmacy is a complete joke. Every single time there has to be some kind of problem causing delays. Never again. Lesson learned.

With the exception of 1 man and 1 woman that i can think of the complete rest of the pharmacy staff are very rude, they act as if everyone that comes in there are drug seeking addicts. Sometimes it feels as if they try everything they can to keep you from getting the prescription that a doctor give you. The only reason i rated them a 1 is becaue It wouldnt let me give them a 0.....

The service review is so low due to the attitude and rude looks I recieve from management. As a Corporate CSR Trainer for over 20 years, I know what outstanding consumer respect is and expect it at all times; but also as a Sociology major, I know these managers, with the exception of Ms. Battles, are rude and exhibit a dicriminatory attitude towards me eah and every time I come in, which in most weeks...is DAILY.....I spend LOADS of $, or rather my total owed is always close to, if not over $100, but I reduce the total with my many coupons and point redemptions, the managers ALWAYS tell the cashier up front that they will ring me up as if Im trying to steal or get over on Walgreens with coupons.....my family uses the pharmacy to refill almost 20 scripts each month and as I stated earlier, I spend loads of $$, whether it be via points, coupons, or RRs...Walgreens recieves cash money regardless and I feel as though I should be treated as a royal princess upon entering the sstore with my payment history @ walgreens....but no w orries, CVSis right down the street and only 1 of their managers is rude....might switch if respect doesnt come my way real soon...as bad as my familys finances are right now....I really dont have to shop there...I could be @ Wal_mart saving even more $$$$$

Pain in the butt to go here. I avoid it if possible. Super slow pharmacy that sets expectations and then do not follow through on the time frames. Plus rude pharmacy techs that ignore you half the time. Use Tullahoma Drug Store instead.

Why go to this place? Its not cheaper, They are always busy, No one seems to enjoy working there.

Been in line for ten minutes told to come back in ten was told to pickup at 530pm still waiting 600pm use a mom and pop I have never had any luck with any Walgreens I was driving someone else I will not use them ever
