They wanted 150$ to reduce the size of a 7mm 10k gold chain bracelet by 4 links. Every other jeweler in the area quoted under 1/3rd the cost for the same job. They are taking advantage of people that do not know better.

My son got me a necklace for Christmas and I live it plus the lifetime warranty is great.
