Great deals. Some employees are super helpful and nice. Some hate even ringing you up. I have to be nice at my job or I dont get paid. I dont understand how rude some people can be. But the dark headed hair to shoulders was so nice around 40 something. The one with a piercing above her lips was annoyed answering a little questions.

Love the staff, their phone answering system is a joke, it never routes you to a real person, which makes me take my business elsewhere because I dont want to waste a trip if Im not sure if they have an item in stock. Id rather confirm with a place that answers. its only since they moved to the old kmart building

I just went to look at the store but ended up buying more than few items. Found some good furniture with reasonable prices. I end up shopping there because the price was just right compared to other stores.

I went just to do some window shopping and get some steps in. They always have a nice selection. They are moving soon to a new, bigger location. Im excited to see what all they will have.

Hard to judge because the store was in the middle of changing locations. Hopefully the new location is better for them.

I have been searching for cookware that works with induction. Finally found it at Big Lots, and reasonably priced.

Store is fully stocked but isles and walkways are tight. Otherwise nice store to shop in with good variety of items at good prices.

If I could give this store a zero star rating, I absolutely would. The customer service is absolutely appalling. My wife was told our couch would arrive between 11 and one today. No problem. I call at 12, and I was ASSURED of the delivery being today. My wife received a call at 2:15, saying our delivery would no longer be arriving today. Our delivery was forgotten about. The driver doesnt even WORK for Big Lots! Hes a third party company with no liability actually reflecting on Big Lots. I was told this by TWO different managers. What a deplorable level of customer service. Im in sales, and I would be fired IMMEDIATELY if I treated my clients like this. Thank you Big Lots, for wasting my only day off trying to track down a trailer to get a couch I was promised. What a shame. We will NEVER do business again at this location, and I will tell all of my clients the same. Perfect example of loss of customer service and blaming others for dropping the ball. Disgusting.

Scott was so great! We went in for a sofa set, this location didnt have the one we wanted, he offered to take our number and call us when more come in on the truck. However we werent really wanting to wait, so he went above and beyond calling multiple stores to find one that had what we were looking for. He was able to track it down for us and provided us with the phone number and even item numbers so we could get the one we wanted! Thank you so much for your help we love our new living room!

Some prices are good, but some are just too high. At times its hard to get service. Its hard find an associate at times, some prices need to be dropped, but the furniture is of high quality, and the price is reasonable. My Mother and I found a great couch and the price was good.

I love Big Lots! This is the place to go if you want things for your first house or apartment. You have everything that you need for every room. The prices are very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant greeting upon arrival, bought a phone case and two pillows. Nice quality. Was asked if I found everything I needed by a very nice clerk.

Love big lots!!! Great pricing and great customer service. Never had an issue in their store while it was at the old location plus the new location. Been a long term shopper and really enjoy their friends and family discount days.

(PLEASE READ)I usually don’t have any issues here, however just yesterday we went inside and found that the following day was going to be “family pricing at 20% off” my wife and I thought this would be great as we have been looking for a new sectional couch so I took a picture of the label so that when we got back home I could check the measurements to make sure it would fit our living room, everything looked great we applied for a credit card online, and carried with us 1k as we weren’t sure if we would be able to use the credit card as we hadn’t recieved the card yet but we did have an account, so we go in today ready to get our new couch, the lady we spoke with was friendly enough but I don’t think they work on commission in that area because you kind of got the vibe that they really didn’t care if you made a purchase or not, moving on;we find out that the price went up from 699.00 to 799.00 now it’s not that much money but it is a little misleading as on the label it just said (price cut), no expiration. Just price cut, please bare in mind we have applied for a credit card and have cash in hand ready to get the couch and the ottoman which is sold separately for 199.00 and have driven a half hour to get there,they wouldn’t honor the price from the day before, I didn’t make a big stink about it I mean it’s not that hard to find another business that will take my money,I don’t know if it’s just me but personally I don’t agree with these business tactics, I mean your not really saving 20% if they jump the prices up right before the sale right? And to not really care if we spend our money or not, I know I wouldn’t let one of my customers walk out like that, but it’s ok I just thought maybe other people would want to know about this as I just got “lucky” so to speak and snapped a photo I wonder how many other people are fooled by this, I know I was.

I really like Big Lots they always ask if you need help and they always have a good variety of whatever youre looking for. My favorite part of the story is the garden section and the curtains and Sheet section. Very nice store and Tullahoma

This is one of the cleanest and well stocked big lots I have been in, I was surprised how nice the living room furniture looked, vary helpful staff all so, this one is worth checking out.

I was going to purchase a mop priced at $4, I thought that was a great price for a Mr. Clean mop. Got to the register and it rang up $8. When I notified the cashier of the shelf price, another cashier went and verified that it said $4 and that there was 3 other identical mops in the same location. When the cashier asked for the approval to reduce it because it was IN FACT IN THE WRONG LOCATION, the manager accused my husband and I of moving all the mops trying to get over on them! Such disrespect!!!
