Has what I need at an affordable price. Staff is sometimes more helpful than needed. Its usually a quick find, buy, and go at Harbor Freight. They have accessories other stores dont have with different levels of durability and price.

Very nice store. Have always enjoyed shopping here. My only complaint is when I asked an associate a question regarding an item, instead of her looking it up, she sent me to stand in a checknout lane for 20 minutes for the cashier to look up the item. That is just some utter bull right there. She should have gone to a terminal and looked up the item. She didnt want to be bothered with having to find it because it was new. Cashier found the item and she had to ho find it anyways. Customer service needs worked on for some of the floor associates.

Love our local Harbor Freight, always helpful, friendly staff. Answers any questions we have, helps us find the items we want.

Not a bad place for when you need a simple tool to get the job done, prices are very reasonable and they have a good assortment of stuff.

They had exactly what I needed and at a good price. Even lower than the last time I bought one. It is an automatic pump for kerosene. It runs off batteries and quickly does the job. Easy in and out of store. Friendly sales people.

I couldnt find the item I was wanting at the store. I did find it on the website, but the shipping was as much as the item I wanted. Would be nice if it could have been shipped to the store, like other businesses.The clerk was nice, he looked up other stores to see if it was in stock. Overall a ok experience.

They anything you wood need and the service was great

The staff was helpful. My only objection is they have no benefit for veterans, even though they live in freedom. Heck, even Krystal and lots of local places have a benefit for us Vets.

Seem like a good place to get cheaper tools. So far so good on the ones we have gotten. Customer service leaves a lil to be desired. But over all not to bad.

This Place has got to have better Customer Service. If you are a Truck Driver. Expect to be on your own as well as how to be guided in and where to park. Harbor freight just sit their looking expected you should know where to go. Now this is my first time delivering to this Particular Store. Nobody would help me. Seems like they got their own click going on. No type of Decency . None at all. And they were late getting to me and it is tight for a Tractor and Trailer. All I ask as A Truck Driver show us some Help. Maybe it was to early but still. Not even Acknowledge i was their. Be careful coming and Delivering here. All I say is get it together. You guys at that Store need to do better. At least let the company’s know that are delivering to you how you want us parked and ready to unload. Don’t allow us as Truck Driver’s to go in Blind Help us out Please. Pray I don’t deliver here no more.

Great place to kill time wandering around looking at tools and accessories. Some items are just super cheap in price and craftsmanship but others are a great product at a great price.

Was easy to find since it was our first time going to this location. Store was large an well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful even tho it was almost closing time. We will visit this location again soon.

I love the store and how they treat their costumer

Im always happy to walk inside a HF store and today was no exception. The Tullahoma store was the first HF I ever shopped at and although I tend to frequent other locations more often these days (depending on which end of TN my job has taken me on that day) the one in Tullahoma is still my favorite to shop at. The employees are friendly, respectful, eager to assist if needed, and most importantly (to me) theyve always kept the products more organised and laid out better than some other locations. They also do a great job at keeping most everything in stock. Theres 4 different locations I shop at on a normal basis, and all 4 range from a 51-54 minute drive from my house, and so its definitely a bummer if I make that trip for something specific and it not be in stock. Ive never had that issue at HF in Tullahoma!

Best place to shop for wrenches most all tools, pneumatic, electric hand tools... Plus basic unlimited items for all things including great value tool boxes... Highly recommend shopping here.... I bought batteries, lights, drill, grinder & floor jack during visit...

Once I figure out how to keep track of the coupons, and HF prints item numbers BIGGER, I will be able to give a five star rating. I did find out today that I can bring my receipt and any lost coupons back within 30 days and get the discount.

Great for inexpensive tools that you dont use often. The rating is based on expectation, not quality.

They will have the tool to get the jobs or project done. But must say the tools for the most part are of very poor quality and typically are only good for that once in a blue moon, get you out of a pinch type situation from my experience with there cheaper electrical tools.

Well if you ask me, I had a tool I bought today and had to return it. I found one better and cheaper at Walmart. I got there 10 minutes before closing. And it took them all of 8 minutes to return my money, well I didnt get to look for anything else you need to do anything else i was rushed out and and made to hurry up and buy the items that I wanted to purchase.

Harbor Freight, has many tools and materials for the productive handy man/ farm worker, repairman, some items you might not expect as well.

Had a coupon I had printed off line. It was pass date, because of an illness. They accepted it for me. Great customer service! I really appreciate that.

The tools here are (mostly) so cheap that I buy them to have on hand. I feel like that if I use them once and they break, then at least I had them available to me, and it was no real loss, I can just go back and replace with another cheap set. They do have bona fide good tools at good to outstanding prices as well. I guess you just have to look at the tools you purchase from them by the value they give to you. If youre a full-time mechanic, electrician, welder, plumber, builder, carpenter, contractor, etc., this is not the place where youll buy most of your main tools. However those guys can find a lot of stuff here they can use, like gloves, safety equipment, tools they may only use once in a blue moon, etc. If youre a DIY guy that my work on his car once or twice a year, this is a great place for you.
