My meeting and testing today with Beltones Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) was informative, professional, and more than satisfactory. I can hardly wait to start my 30-day trial testing of the Imagine 17. I didnt want to leave the demos behind...the hearing level was so much greater than what I had experienced with the previous aids. I am confident that I will receive the best service possible, not only from the aids, but from the personal attention of Todd Barrett, the HIS, who was so thorough.

Excellent hearing test, never had such a thorough examination. Everything was handled professionally. Todd performed the most thorough evaluation I have experienced in the seven years Ive been wearing hearing aids, a true professional.

Todd was very informative and made me feel secure in what I was doing. He explained everything very well where my husband and I could understand it,I felt very comfortable he answered all our questions, Todd ordered my hearing aids and they should be here next week I cant wait to get them, I will tell everyone about Belltone!!!

They are the best. They take time to do every thing possible to fix the problem and to make you happy. You have the feeling when you leave they really do care and they are so kind and courteous.

First, I received a call from the receptionist late Monday around 5:30 p.m. saying she needed to change my appointment on Friday. I advised her that my appointment was Tuesday at 12:15 and she said no it is not. I told her I was looking at the appointment card and then she finally said to come in yesterday at 1 p.m. I was 10 minutes early and they worked me in between 3 other people and I feel the only thing he did was clean wax out of the hearing aide and rushed me out to see the other 3 people.. He did not even check my hearing. Hopefully this will not happen again.. Dont know who got my first appointment..

I couldnt be more happy with the service I received. Alex Mallory is great! Anyone that is considering or needs hearing aids I recommend that you go here. They provide a comprehensive hearing test. They also provide payment options for hearing aides where others dont do that and they want to money all up front. Yes, Beltone is expensive and it isnt going to be cheap. But its worth it for the product you get and the level of service you receive. Its also worth it to be able to hear.

If Im early and not busy they take me right away

They were very nice. Couldnt tell me over the phone if they accepted my insurance so during my appointment I found out they didnt. However, they referred me to a place that did.
