I found an item ( Wacker 3 inch pump ) on their website and called to make a deal. They were easy to deal with. Very friendly. I will definitely be watching their site for more possible purchases.

Had a Great experience, I bought an imported knockoff skid loader attachment. I was very aware that it was an import but it was 1/3 the price and brand new. The checkout was a little clunky with all the shipping docs but really no problem at all. The shipment to Wisconsin came exactly as expected and I am very pleased by my experience. Buyers BEWARE!!! I wont say that these people are bogus, but I will say that you you should read all fine print and their BuyersAgreement frontwards, backwards and sideways at least TWICE before you give them your money . I didnt know that they had such an Agreement until after they had already charged my AMX card $6000.00. Only then did they present it for my signature. My 1st issue was that after they charged my AMX card for a 3000.00 deposit by phone. the lady in the office called me back and said Oh, by the way, we forgot to tell you that we charge a 3% premium if you use AMX. I informed her to cancel the order and Id buy somewhere else. A few minutes later I received a call from a guy named Dan that he didnt want to lose my business, and that they would delete the charge. Their website never mentioned this charge, but it does now, or it will in the near future.My second issue was that I was there 2hrs 50min to load 2 pieces of equipment . It took them over 1 hr. just to find the forklift. Dans position was that I should have called him before I came. My position was that I had paid 3000 dep. he should have known that I was coming after it.My 3rd issue was as I was securing my load,I looked up and saw one of their employees walking off with the LPG tank. And I have to admit that their website says tanks not included but I had not seen that phrase. I still dont understand how that they can picture it in their ads, they drove it by demonstrating it to me, and load it on my trailer, and without saying a word, just grab and walk off. It was only after I told him to put the tank back on and get it off my trailer and that Id just deal with AMX that he agreed to not put that tank back on but hed go get me another one. I guess that the reason for getting me another one was because the one that he reinstalled was completely empty. I couldnt get it to start for unloading off my trailer until I installed another LPG tank.Ill never buy from them again, and feel a very strong moral obligation to say.........BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I look forward to CCR getting a website up. This company sells used industrial equipment. I was shopping for heavy duty plastic pallets when I found an add on ebay. I sent a message asking about delivery and got a response the next business day. The woman who I dealt with on the phone was very helpful. I purchased 20 pallets and they delivered on a day that was convenient for me. It actually was around 6:30 pm. A friendly man who helped me unload them. It was dark outside when we unloaded the pallets. He told me to look them over when I have good light and call them if any of them dont look good to me. Honest and friendly people. I have been able to find products on their ebay store page but it would be great if they had a current website listing products too. I recommend checking them out on ebay if you are looking for uncommon items or expensive industrial items that you cant afford to buy new.
