Dr. White helped me years ago and got me through a vestibular neuritis diagnosis. I had no idea what was wrong with me at the time, the hospital was unable to give me a diagnosis.Fast forward to this past month. It was Dr. White again to help me with another flare up. I would recommend him to anyone. I’m very grateful.

I got a septoplasty and turbinate reduction in order to better breathe through my nose. Dr. Moore was my doctor/surgeon, and he was very nice and made sure I knew what I was getting into. He also made sure it was a last resort and I was given all the details I needed to be properly informed.The recovery was exactly as expected, and the post op went smoothly, although a little more painful than expected. The only reason Ive put 4 stars instead of 5 is because they seem to charge you $10 just to walk in the building to ask a question (in my situation, asking if they had faxed my medical leave papers, which they had already charged $10 for to fax them originally). This wouldnt be as much of a problem if it werent for the fact that their phone system is leave a voicemail, and we *might* call you back. Dont even think about missing their call!Everything above is the same review I posted for their other location, as I went to both.

My sons been a patient for almost 3yrs now. Great service, Dr. Loehr is amazing, he answers any questions one might have regarding diagnosis and or treatment. (Would have been a 5 star but scheduling was rude when I called today.)

Really enjoyed taking our daughter here. They were very friendly and professional. Got established as patients and will be bringing my other children here. Took forever to find a decent ENT since we moved here from Vegas. Glad I finally did though. Daughter just had surgery with them today and she is up and running around tonight. Would definitely recommend and I will be going back to get my own ears tested.

Over all I was impressed and satisfied with the friendliness of the staff here. The lady who took me back to the exam room was very kind. the only reason I have to rate this as a 1 is because I feel like my concerns were not taken as seriously as they should have been. I feel a biopsy is appropriate for any type of growth especially to give a peace of mind to the patient, so with that I would have been very happy with my experience but I did not receive that.

These guys are great! Got me in and out pretty quickly. Dr. Vaidya was able to help me out with any questions I had and was very good at explaining what was going on. Thanks guys!

Mrs.DeAnna at the front desk was very pleasant and had a smile on her face when she greeted us, and my daughter and I didnt wait long to be seen by Kevin and was only in the waiting room maybe five minutes before they called my daughter back and the Doctors Assistants Paula and Megan where very nice and Megan was attentive to her even though we kept her laughing. Doctor Siemens was nice and he is no nonsense but hes cool I really liked todays experienced for the first time the made a great impression on me and thats kinda hard 😁

They were so great with our daughter and helping get tubes in her ears and frenulum clipped! Great staff. Great environment.

Dr Vadiya has seen all 3 of my kids (all under the age of 7). If something can help, hell do it. But if he doesnt think its necessary, he wont. He explains things super well and his nurse Terri is wonderful. All the staff there are pleasant and really helpful.

LOVE all the doctors here! They all take their time to actually listen to what you have going on so they can form the right treatment plan. Their audiologists are all so very sweet, too. They take their time and are patient with young children to make them feel at ease.

The BEST people! They are all kind and very professional. Dr. Vaidya and his staff took great care of my two children who needed their tonsils removed and tubes. They made it the best experience possible!

Dr was informative. I did have to wait a very long time for my appointment which they couldnt explain why and the room they put me in had dirty instruments from the last patient so makes me thing the room was dirty.

Dr. Siemens is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable and always explains everything in detail. The staff is friendly and kind.

Dr Vaidya is the best doctor I have ever had. My brother and mom both have visited him (after seeing countless other ENTs) and he immediately figured out the problem and “changed their life”! He is so calm when walking you through whatever you are there for, and is so comforting and informative. Also I love that his office is ahead of schedule every time I visit. As my mom said, we wish he could be our doctor for everything!

Im deeply disappointed. We saw Dr. Foon for my 4yo Autistic son. We were told he needed tonsils and adenoids removed. The office visits were great, then we had a surgery consult, the nurse that came in was confusing at best. She overloaded me and made me nervous. Dr Foon came in and told me the opposite of everything the nurse said. Procedure day, went fast. Dr was nice and said it went good. We were sent home and Dr Foon was very aware of my sons autism issues and that hydrating may be an issue but assure if we had ANY concerns to call.I called the office the next afternoon very worried. I was transfered to a nurse who was curt with me, saying either be a parent and take care of your child and make him take the meds and liquids or dont. Thats on youWow. Wow wow.I felt no support. I called our family doctor and he passed away this last weekend apparently. We ended up at an urgent care who said this doctor obviously needed to make a boat payment, if it was his own kid he wouldnt have ever recommended both surgeries at once on a child on the autism spectrum who cant be reasoned with and in severe danger of dehydration. Then these hack clinics perform these surgeries and ignore the kids and family, and they end up here in bad shape.

Dr. Moore is Awesome! My son has been his patient since he was 6 weeks old and hes 4 now.

After the experience I just had Id give lower I feel I could. I could reasonably understand waiting for 30 minutes to an hour but I waited 30 minutes did a hearing test waited another 30 minutes in the lobby then was taken to a room where I sat for 2 hours which took me to closing time. When I went to leave I was given a barrage of sorrys and that the doctor had run behind. Not once during the appointment did anyone check in, tell me the doctor was running behind, or ask if I would like to reschedule, nor did they ask to reschedule as I was leaving. I took time off from work to attend this appointment. Time I wont be able to get back. And this appointment was supposed to be the glimmer of hope after four miserable experiences with other ENTs (one who tried to alkaline my ears with everclear and vinegar, one who said I was fine, one who took my tonsils out to relieve my ears which didnt work, and one who told me he wanted to see whatcha opened when they got worse). EOENT was the highest recommended I was told how great their customer service was and how attentive and amazing the doctors were... oh... so... hopeful... I was! Needless to say I am very disheartened with the whole process as of today!
