I use the drive through for prescriptions, but will no longer go in because, according to the manager, Walgreens corporate has directed them to not try to enforce Washington State’s mask mandate.
Waited on hold for pharmacy for 15 mins. They kept picking up phone and putting it back on hold. Then they picked it up and immediately hung the phone up. I called back and was lectured about how busy they are. I get that, but it is unacceptable to be so rude when you are supposed to be providing customer service.
Customer service is great. Always helpful and kind.
Inaccurate information, no indication of which pharmacy has my prescription; extremely poor communication with actual pharmacies. Orders cancelled without notice. Pharmacists say prescriptions/refills dont exist when it just hasnt been transferred, no notification when unable to fill prescriptions, duplicate accounts, duplicate prescriptions, pharmacists dont check for duplicates and say prescriptions/refills dont exist. Ultimately dealing with Walgreens is confusing, and frustrating and the pharmacy employees are rarely helpful.
Love this store! Great employees as well!
Ordered some pictures and they were all blurry. The photos I used were good quality and turned out bad. Glad I didnt pay anything for them
I was calling on the status of a prescription and the operator cut the conversation short because they were going on lunch in two minutes.
Avoid and use independent mom and pop pharmacies. Walgreens System broken as doctor prescribes and calls without success. Always an excuse and uncaring employees. Yes
Rude, incompetent store staff and pharmacy staff. AVOID
Never answered calls. IF they do they are rude.
Its a Walgreens overpriced making money of prescription I like local business and this is not one . I try stay local and avoid corporate stores but if forced into going here lines long and overpriced low selection at least the staff is friendly for most part but hard to find them sometimes.
Went in for a drive thru test and the lady at the window was quite rude. Treated me like I was stupid.
Medication shouldnt take 4 hours to fill!
Customer service is poor poor poor!!! Olivia the team lead was ringing me up and slapped her hand against her side and abrubtly said sure I guess ill help you while rolling her eyes. Then I was getting my wallet out to pay and she stared at me as if I was taking too long so I hurried as fast as I could and grabbed my things. I hope I never get her again. She was super rude and intimated me right out of the store!
After using this pharmacy for 4 years, Im giving up on it. They have refused to fill my medication requests 3 times now because of nit picking a paper prescription. They even made me wait to have it filled before telling me that the prescription was wrong. The pharmacist was so cluless that all she did for the consultation was read the paper that came with the meds to me, but repeatedly told me to make sure SHE took her meds on time. (Im a guy and the meds were clearly for me) No apologies or anything. So disappointed after being a solid customer here for years.Tumwater Walgreens? They will let you down when you really need them.UPDATE: Rite Aid filled my prescriptions with no problems, and were far more professional. I felt like a valued customer there.
I was going to leave a review about the drop 9nly fedex being awful and a lie but it looks like the town has already spoken about this store .. .
Have had two bad experiences with this store. One in person and one on the phone. Walgreens needs to hire more people, and the customer service is terrible.
Writing this because as I was searching for flu shots, noted Walgreens advertised on Google as having free flu shots BUT, in fact, when one visits the link one learns it is Free flu shots - no cost to you with most insurance. Very misleading.
I worked in the pharmacy over two years ago now. I will tell you this is by FAR the most toxic work environment I’ve ever worked in. The pharmacy manager there is an abusive person and I honestly don’t know how she sleeps at night. I’ve been quiet for years about the horrible treatment and abuse the pharmacy manager has done while I worked there. She constantly talks bad about other employees and almost every single patient that walks through the door. She belittles everyone and thinks she is better than you because she has money. Whenever someone came in on state insurance she always assumed they were drug addicts (because they are low income I guess?). While I worked there I had become very depressed and emotionally unstable because of her. Trust me, if you have ever picked up a prescription from this Walgreens she has said something negative about you whether it’s your appearance, the car you drive or what you’re wearing. I highly suggest you choose a different pharmacy to get your prescriptions.
Pharmacist just doesnt care. I was at the Hospital with my wife and some prescriptions were called in. Received a message that they were ready but they werent. I was in a hurry to get back to hospital and they could have cared less. Didnt even pretend to care. Avoid this pharmacy, our family will not be using them anymore. Poor service.
Pharmacy customer service extremely rude
Came in for my third series of a vaccine. Assumed they would understand how to bill my insurance by now, I was wrong. They took about an hour to call my insurance and then they were finally able to bill them. A visit that should have taken 30 minutes at the most turned into an hour and 15 minute visit. I’m just glad this is the third and last vaccine, and I will not be returning.
Unable to leave a voicemail outside of their hours. Can you fix this? Update: poor customer service. The last two months I’ve picked up prescriptions they’ve been coded out wrong and I’ve been overcharged and had to return for a refund after they finally correct their error. This last month I tried to communicate that and was ignored. I’m told by the pharmacist they’ve been counseled on how to do this now, we’ll see next month...
Have a eye infection, drove to my Eye Dr. down in Oregon to Pacific University, they are my eye specialist for my rare eye condition; KC. My doctor wrote me a prescription to take with me because I wanted to drive home and get it local, I went to Walgreens in Tumwater because I am a new resident to the area and wanted to shop local. They would not give me my prescription until they validated the doctor so I waited for two hours and they still did not have any answers, I called Pacific University and they said the doctor is with a patient she cannot call the pharmacy right now. So now it’s Friday night at 4 o’clock and I can’t get my prescription. I drove back to Walgreens, got my paper prescription from them and drove to Fred Meyer’s, where they filled it with no problem. My doctor was very specific that I needed to get the antibiotics immediately because the infection could go into my cornea and cause major damage. Very confused as to why this was such an issue. Will not return to Walgreens pharmacy. Very disappointed.
The pharmacy seems like they purposely want to aggravate people. The pharmacist tries to act as she is a doctor and would not prescribe me my cotosteroids from my swelling of my nasal passages. Seems personal as there are many bad reviews regarding this Walgreens location. To me, it seems theyre unhappy being just pill counters and try to exercise whatever additional authority they can. Maybe go to school for 2 more years and be a doctor instead of trying to seem educated and act like a doctor.
Great customer service and always has what I need in stock or they will find it at a local store nearby in their system. They care about you and your health needs!!
This must be the cousin of walmart. pretty much the same but smaller and less complicated with elevator music and a lot of awkwardness
Stopped by to get some infant tylenol for my sick 8month old. saw they were out, asked a store associate if they had any. She told me they just had a delivery of stuff and it was in there but she said wasnt going to look because it wasnt her job. She told me I will have to go somewhere else. ....
A conventional grocery store has better prices, and there are three within a mile of this store.
Easy to get there and always have everything I need to get.
I called to see if they had acrylic nail powder & liquid, they said yes, I went out of my way to go there and they didn’t have any.
Dont accept GoodRX, and loose transfered prescriptions.
In all my years on earth I have never been to a pharmacy that seems to enjoy aggravating sick people and go out of their way to not fill needed meds. They take joy in sending you away without helping you!
I have been on a prescription medication that requires injection for 7 years. Being in the military, my Rx is filled on base however, the base Pharmacy does not stock syringes. Dispite state laws and proof of perscription, this Pharmacy refuses to sell me the syringes I need unless I buy my medication through them...Not to mention Wall greens does not accept Military Insurance. Needless to say, I went down the road to Fred Meyers and they gave me everything I needed with zero hassle
Staff is very nice.
Trosper, Tumwater location. Never going back. Dirty store, icky pharmacy, and they dont carry what they say they carry.
This morning doctors office called in a refill for my sons prescription. Came to get it at about 1520, told it would take them 15 more minutes to fill it. Almost 30 minutes after I got here, they finally handed me the medicine. Poor service.
