Came in to get a used car and trade our other one in, but it wasnt going to work out. But then Justin, our car salesman made a huge come back and got us into something that fit our budget, and got us massive rebates! Justin, thank you for not being a money hungry salesman! Your can do attitude was very refreshing and it was really nice to not be haggled for once!

Tech left black oil fingerprints on the outside of my door all over the paint. Fingerprints all around the door handle, on the inside of my my door, glove box, steering wheel. I have the camel interior and black finger prints were EVERYWHERE. Not a good experience.The female service rep who checked us in was AWESOME!!

Got an oil change at 7:15 am. Definetly recommend making an appointment for when they first open. Took maybe 20 minutes. Love my free lifetime oil changes.

This is what buying a car should be like. Best prices in the NW by far. We drove 3 hours to do business with them. Fast and friendly. Honest and accurate.Did not offer us a good deal for our trade in. I recommend you sell your trade elsewhere and then hurry over here to buy new. You will not be disappointed.

While the vehicle purchasing was smooth, their post purchase service and lifetime oil changes are laughable at best.The quality of service, timeliness, as well as attempted upselling gets old especially after the 3rd service person.Dont let lifetime oil changes influence your purchase, they really are not worth the hassle or wait.

Fairly typical dealership, took car in for warranty work and was presented with 1300$ worth of recommended services...no thanks

Titus-Will Speedy Lube was awesome, fast, efficient, and less than chain oil change shops. They changed my oil, replaced my windshield wipers, vacuumed inside, and rotated my class b RV tires without damaging my vehicle. Their team was friendly and actually made the experience fun while I waited in my vehicle with a cup of coffee. Im taking all my cars there next time.

The supervisor was rude and the process took an hour and a half. Ryan was the service guy who was very helpful and apologetic. Speedy Lube was way faster and more professional. Im thinking of buying a GMC Yukon but if this is the service that I will have to deal with I may go somewhere else. Get it together Titus Will.

They were more helpful but still could not answer my question about a key for a Chevy Cobalt found out more from a locksmith

Took a test drive, car overheated & wouldnt move😬. We had to be picked up. I thought these cars were thoroughly checked prior to public driving them???

Over priced and had issues where my car was saying that the coils were having issues. Had it fixed twice. Cost over 500$ and in the end turned it that it was an issue where the firmware only needed to be updated. No refund or anything of the sort.
