If you lucky you will find what you looking for . If not, don’t expect any help from employees. Very rude and unprofessional on the floor . Cashiers are friendly though .A lot of things are out of stock like everywhere else right now . Curbside pick up is awesome! As soon as park and check in, they bring your items right away . It’s time saver !

Best impulse decision of the night goes to my paws slippers. We actually got a pair for all of us. 0 regrets. Store was nice and clean which was nice to see towards the end of the day.I suggest with supply chain issues if you see something you like, just like any other big box store buy it when you see it. Start thinking two holidays away now when you shop. We bought a display item, it was the last one out and its for Christmas. Still just over 2 full months away. So excited to display it when its time. Photo credit goes to my 5 year old actually! We found some great small stuff for Halloween too, which I was surprised considering its only 3 weeks away.Im giving 4 stars only because we asked for help finding stuff twice and neither associate knew where it was. Which is fine, but they didnt ask anyone else of try to even look. Just stood there and said I dont know. Im in member service, so that extra step of trying goes a long ways with me.

Dont care to go to town much. Since Covid, seeing all the empty shelves & all the sales to buy 5 or more & you cant buy one. Being rammed by carts, pushed by over weight rude people. Im disgusted with how people act. Truely the world has changed.The store was clean, as it should be, when theres nothing on the shelves & the cashier was very pleasant, which was something unexpected at a Wal-Mart-

Rarely stop in Walmart but happened to be driving by and needed a few common items. The parking lot was nearly filled, the store itself was massive and at first glance appeared to be well stocked. My in store adventure began in the hair care aisles seeking Neutragena products. None to be found. Checked with a nearby employee who quickly suggested checking their website. Needed it now, thats why Im here. On to the next item, a protractor. Journey to the other side of the store to office/ school supplies. None to be found. No empty slot and really not much of a school supplies section to speak of. Over to the food section for a large bag of peanuts in the shell. After a bit of searching found a few small bags tucked away on the bottom shelf. No price tag on the shelf and appeared dingey anyway. Spent another minute looking for an employee for a price check and decided to give up as I had already lost a half hour in there. Made a quick stop in to a Safeway just across the street and found all three items in about 5 minutes. Cant say that I couldve saved on cost due to the lack of comparison, but that old adage certainly applied; time is money..

Called to find out if they had certain model of Keruig in stock and was told they didnt give out that information, I explained I was willing to drive 30 miles to pick it up but they still just said they couldnt give out that information. Walmart lost me as a customer.

The pharmacy here is the best in Thurston county. The doctor sends the prescription to them from his office and I can head there right after the appointment and they will have it ready! The workers at this location are also the best Walmart workers in the state.

Everyone knows Walmart. Nothing new to share here. Went to grab some cheap moving boxes, packing tape and Drumsticks(ice cream). No shortage of inventory for the items I needed. Ran by electronics to check out TVs. Had a 75 inch 4k Phillips for $698! Crazy. Lines were long but I was directed to a shortw line from a longer line.

Good store for a Walmart. People dont wear masks correctly or as often as they should I have noticed but thats a clientele problem. They seem to do the best they can Im just annoyed when machines are down at self checkout and electronics is out of stock AND there are no employees around.. extra star given to the vision center they do nice work and the eye doctor is thorough.

All the Employees very helpful and Friendly. The Women in the Deli are always happy too wait on you. They never act too busy, like other stores.

Went to Tumwater Walmart today .They open at 7AM .I can tell you if you want help finding something which I did, got there at 7:30 AM on a Saturday you have plenty of help and not many other shoppers their .Very large, clean, bright and well stocked store .

I wish I knew the name of our cashier, she was the absolute nicest Wal-Mart employee Ive ever encountered. She made us aware of 90 day warranties on three of the school supply items we purchased.

As someone who has been in many walmarts, this one is the most beautiful one if ever been to. Its clean and well stocked. The associates I talked to were very kind and helpful.

Havent been inside the store in 2 years. I started using the pickup in Aug 2019...and I am a BIG fan (before Covid). Theyre online images and descriptions are the BEST ones. Ive tried every store in our town for curbside pickup and have stopped. The employees who load your car are the best, and I hope Walmart raises them up while finding ways to keep our prices from skyrocketing.

The greeter at the grocery side is a wonderful amazing woman was very helpful and shes kind caring with a beautiful heart very knowledgeable I had a pleasant experience

Your staff made shopping a pleasure. All very helpful and courteous. The prices were so-so, but the experience was worth it.

Customer service was not helpful at all! Processed an online return and had to bring the item in to get the refund. Their system would not allow a refund. Instead of them problem solving or calling online customer service for us, they told us to call and eventually sent us away with our broken item without a refund! Went to Lacey walmart who called online customer service and got us our refund!

There customer service is terrible! I was on the phone for 5 hours. I had my tires replaced there. My wife was driving and 5 of the six lug nuts broke off and the tire separated from the rim. I was polite on the phone with Walmart. I was accused of lying on the phone. This is not a good way to keep customers.

Always clean and not to crowded. Fun machines and super nice employees. Im not a gambler but my friends are and so its a fun time.

Shelves were pretty bare. Evidently theres some sort of transportation problem right now. Im assuming did a covid-19

Shopped for a few items for the RV. Spoke with staff and only one night is allowed for overnight stay.Please remember your are a guest. Please dont leave garage and waste for someone else to manage.There are a few trash bins near the front of the store.The train behind the store runs pretty much all night. The horn is sounded somewhere between 1 PM and 7:30 AM.Be mindful of your surroundings and valuables. I did noticed several individuals strolling about in the parking lot.

As usual the 1 or 2 items I went in for were not on the shelf. I know a lot of people like shopping there, but Im not one of them. I would give it 1 star, but there are some items available there for much cheaper than anywhere else that happen to be on the shelf more often than not.

This Walmart is cleaner than the Walmart in Shelton. The lighting is different too so that might make a big difference. They were out of bottled water, Gatorade zero, and regular Gatorade.

This place never has enough handicapped carts to take care of our handicapped people. My wife took a fall in the entrance of the Chehalis Walmart about a year and half ago. I had walked in to get a cart .Walked to both entrances and no cart. Went out and pushed her in with her Walker. When she was turning around to walk with the Walker she lost her balance and fell and hit her head on the floor. Put a big not on her head. This wouldnt have happened if they had enough handicapped carts.

I’ve stopped by the Walmart Supercenter on Littlerock Road SW in Tumwater while staying at the La Quinta Inn & Suites while working in the area.This way I can pick up any items that I might need or want as I stay the week here.The parking lot is large with plenty of easy to find spots.Everyone here seems super friendly and helpful.When I went recently there was a lot of selection for items but it sounds like lately some things are flying off of the shelves.

Worst produce in town 🤢! And their so-called lower prices arent ALL that. I only go there to pick up meds, and to take my client shopping. Their brand of salsa (lime) is awesome though!

Typical Wal-Mart, the greater decided to ignore me after speaking to others. I was looking for a light jacket because I didnt pack correctly for the weather. Surprisingly they dont have a ton of if like Walmart stores in other states. Also, this has the nicest bathrooms you will find in a Walmart. Rude greater aside, it wasnt a wasted trip.

Always go at night so cant tell you much but shelves are always stocked and its a heck of alot better than my Wal mart

At about 530pm a child with down syndrome was in the store and had a brake down the cashier who was checking them out was doing there best to keep things under control.

This place is awful. The pharmacy is a total joke, they are unhelpful or they dont have enough to fill a prescription.I had a number of bad experiences here everything from the associates not caring to management being unhelpful jerks. I feel sorry for the workers. The workers dont have good morale because of the nasty management.Had friends who worked here and what they have told me leads me to believe I has a hostile environment.Walmart has run many of the mom and pop shops put of town so I wont shop here.

Self check out has changed and the associates running it need to learn how to talk to customers in a better way because my interaction with employees running it has not been favorable

This visit wasnt a good shopping experience I switch off between this one and the one in Hawks Prairie and lately neither of them are impressing me too much I understand about the covid-19 issues and that people are scared and worried but I still think that customer service should be the most important thing on their list!!!! Between the online shopping, the pick up orders, the delivery orders and the in store shopping that I do I feel it also with all the money I spend there each month that they should have a little bit more patience with certain types of people and be a little bit more understanding and actually get the customer orders right when Walmart deliver them or when youre going to pick them up.

Walmart sure has stepped up their game. I use to hate to deliver to any Walmart. This particular DC was very easy to deliver to.

I love how organized everything is at this store. Although, with how many employees you see on the floor. Cleaning or stocking I feel like they try to avoid customers when you have a question.

Walmart they always have what you need. And always end up leaving with more then you planes on. The employees seem miserable and act like the hate there job. Then theres the employees that are super out there in the own world and make you feel uncomfortable and awkward

On MLK Jr Day this was our experience at Walmart.I am using crutches, so my daughter carried all of the groceries and her hands were full. Quite a few customers were leaving, as we head out my daughter says have a nice day and the lady at the door decides to ask us if we have a receipt. Now normally I wouldnt mind, but with the pandemic going on. What are you thinking?

If youre older, regretting the life decisions you made leading up to working at Walmart, dont take it out on your customers! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!Also if the customer has the model # and walmart product number, its probably alot easier to type it in to the electronic device in front of you instead of asking the price and color of it and searching just to come back with the wrong color. Found everything we were looking for plus great clearance racks found shoes and long sleeves mens shirts for amazing prices! It was very clean and the staff at self check out were very nice and Johnny on the spot to help when one item had no tag. They are awesome there!

Quick shopping experience and Staff were either sticking or cleaning. All staff(i experienced and saw) were masked and socially distant, situation permitting. Staff were friendly coming into and leaving the store

It was getting ready to close, and workers were everywhere. No matter where I stopped, workers were able to help me. They were all nice. Did not feel rushed.

This Walmart location is the best---in service, selection, volume of inventory.

One of two walmarts near Olympia.Located right next to Costco and Home Depot, so very convenient to shop around.

I would like to request the scan and go be limited to a few items. Its silly that people sit there for an hour. Whats the point. Not to mention at least half the time at least one station is down.

Store was clean. Stock-short supply overall. Produce quality mediocre, meat supply has improved, staff not overly helpful. Masks required. Restrooms 3stars. I rate this a 4 Star Walmart

My favorite Walmart to go too. I live out in Rochester, and I prefer driving to this one than going to the one in Centralia. Its much quieter and isnt crammed pack full of people.

What can I say? Its WalMart. I like the one in Lacey better.
