I like presentation and supplies. Their office staff is personable and straightforward. They dont make promises they cant keep.

We had a leaky ram on our tube bender which is one of our main pieces of equipment that we use almost weekly.The guys here gave me a quote to repair it that was less than replacing, turned the work around in about a week and we were back on line. The price was actually on the bottom side of the range they quoted and done about a week earlier than they originally said.Weve been successfully using the repaired ram for the last month or so now and its been perfect.Thanks for the quality work and service. Highly recommend these guys for your hydraulics needs!

Had what I needed and the customer service was great.

Saved us on a Friday after a track event when a customer had a brake line failure. Had all the correct fittings for the Subaru that needed a new hose to make it home. Fast turn around time too. Cant thank them enough.

Came in asking about having my small tractors loader cylinders resealed. They looked at them and said it would be $200 if I just needed them resealed and nothing else was wrong and it would be at least a week. New set of cylinders is $150. Seems pretty rediculous to me. Update - I went down to Bills Hydraulic Repair in Chehalis. Couldnt recommend it enough. Bill and his wife were great. It cost me less than $140 to do both cylinders and they were done the next day.

If you are a painter and need your Paint sprayer repaired this is NOT the place you want to take it to, Unless you dont need it back in a timely manner. First they ship your sprayer off to another shop where there is only one Tech that can work on it and he also is the only person that does services call. After calling several times to check on the status of my equipment after 2 weeks they finally called me back and said it was a $5 part needed to be replace. The Tech said he would have to order the part and that he would have my equipment back to me by the first of the week. A week goes by and I did not hear anything from Industrial Hydraulic.I called several times and each time I was told that the Tech was on a services calland they would have him call me back. Finally three days later he called and said he had ordered the wrong part. At this point I was done. I had them ship it back. They had my equipment for 3 1/2 weeks. POOR POOR customer service. Never again will I do business with Industrial Hydraulics
