On 4/24/21. I ordered indash stereo and accessories. The reason I chose this business is because my family and coworkers along with myself have all previously conducted business with no issues. However this last experience and exchange was Horrible. I was contacted in July and was told that all necessary equipment had been received and was ready for installation. I scheduled an appointment for installation on July 20, 2021. I promptly dropped off my vehicle left it with staff all day. I was contacted by staff advising my vehicles was ready to be picked up. Upon my arrival I was told there was a glitch in the stereo deck and staff did not know what the cause of the glitch. The salesman attempted to upsell me advising that for 400 or $600 more. I can purchase a better bigger pioneer deck which could resolve the issue.Upon inspecting the install of my stereo. I found a food fingerprints on the stereo deck of my new stereo from the installation process. I also discovered the deck was not flushed or presentable in a professional standard, which I had come to expect from 5 prior dealings with this company which includes myself and family along with a transaction from a co-worker. The company demanded full payment for work not completed. They told it will take an additional 10 days possibly for the right molding to come in for installation. After waiting approximately 4 months for this installation, I was reluctant to trust that estimation of time.It should be noted the remaining balance for the project was $1000. I offered to pay 1/2 to cover the time and installation completed by staff. And would pay the remaining upon total completion of the project this and subsequent offers were denied. I offered for them to keep the deposit of $300 and removal of their equipment but that also was denied. Staff refused to return my vehicle or provide a reasonable solution to my situation and disappointment. Law-enforcement was contacted to mediate the situation. The entire exchange was very disappointing. It should be noted that the original salesman had gotten very sick and was hospitalized for an extended period of time I thank God that he recovered. But I think not dealing with him directly had a huge impact on this individual transaction, as I was bounced around to various employees who are no longer employed with the company. Extremely regrettable business transaction.

I took my 2017 Tundra crewcab TRD 4X4, It was completely stock, Ramzy helped me select the right components to go with my amp and speakers, also added two tens and sub box behind seat and Viper alarm with remote start, Ramzy made recommendations like adding an epicenter but didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need.Jesus was in charge of putting everything together, the install was clean and professional, Jesus also fined tuned the system to my liking and walked me through how to properly adjust the volume without damaging the componentsIt took a little longer than it was supposed to but it all turned out fineThank you Rolling Soundz

Big shout out to Ramzy Ibrahim’s over at Rolling Soundz in Turlock. I purchased a Sony XAV- AX 8000. An absolutely incredible deck. Should you have the means try and get one. This deck has definitely added the punch that I needed now that I’ve got it dialed in. My system is going to be a hard one to be in competition now. This deck add a nice touch to my 2700 W of Hi-phonics power. It pushes all my Addictive Audio and Chrome Audio to its limits.

Straight up legit... Custom box in the back of an s10 with room to spare... Other shops turned me away Rollin Soundz hooked it up... Straight Up... System slapps clean voice and sicker box turned benche seat... Befor other shops let u down roll up to RollinSounds get a quote...

They are not professionals, they are as clueless as can be. They act like there knowledgeable about there products but they couldn’t hook up a audio system if there life depended on it! Also do your research before you buy from them.

Been here a few times since the change to Rolling Soundz. Bought a few install items and other times just had questions in general the guys working here were very cool and helped me out. Gave me good deals on the items i bought and treated me good. Highly recommend them .

California Auto Stereo installed a system in my Miata last year and it never did sound right. After the installation, Mario wasn’t at all interested in dialing it in.After a couple months the sub started making a weird noise so I took it to Shane at Rolling Soundz. It turned out that the sub was a dual voice coil sub and had been installed with only one coil hooked up.Shane got me set up with the correct sub and dialed in the levels so my system sounds much better. Would definitely recommend this place!

Wow the customer service i received from Steven was beyond amazing. I walked in there asking for some help to connect my high to low converter on my car. I had purchased it there a few weeks back. Soon as i walked in there i was greeted by him and before i could even finish explaining my problem he asked to look at the car. Not only did he fix the problem but he did it quick and treated me great while doing it. Explained to me what i had done wrong and got the problem solved within 20 mins. Can’t find this service anywhere else. He was already closing the store and i asked to come back another day but he said he could handle it then and there and he didn’t even want to charge me anything. Thanks again Steven.

They are not very helpful, and service here is poor. I was trying to install a music system, and they totally messed up that music system. The employee said they don’t know how to do it and it’s a bad system, and I got this same system installed some where else it works great now. Also, employee here showed me attitude when I called about my car that was in their shop. He said “stop calling, or they are not interested in fixing my car”. When I was there, it was like they were trying to sell me their own product....which was sketchy

Horrible experience after spending$2000, didnt have properly working stereo for almost 3 weeks after already having everything paid for. Service was not too great. Had to go to the owner at the Modesto location, Issac, he took care of me, super cool guy.

Spent lots of money here.Killed my battery TWICE and it was brand new. First time acid was coming out of it because they over charged it. Blamed it on my brand new alternator and blamed on the battery.Cut all the wood for the trunk build with the car doors all open for the Sawdust to get into the car.Took three months to do the work.Forgot to put a hood pin for the alarm so alarm will go off when hood is opened. Its a classic car. Needed hood alarmBroke the fins on my ac vent. I had to buy new ac ventMany screws were missing that are used to hold the car dash together. I had to fix thatThe alarm system wiring was installed sloppy. Its all smashed under the dash near the peddles. Wires werent cut to proper lengths and all zip tied in.Brand new window louvers that I installed week before bringing it to them got stained from their water leaking on the ceiling and appears to be perminitly.The rewired my battery to locate it in the trunk. Did a poor grounding job so my car had poor grounding for months causing ac to not work till I figured out why.Forgot to put the lugnut back on the wheel.I keep all my complaints to myself with no bad reviews till now because the work in the trunk is falling apart. Panels they custom cut are coming apart from weak connections mounts. Not to mention there are gaps in the panels and I can hear the floor board they installed bouncing when I hit bumps.Just get the trunk reliable and Ill change my opinion. I spent a lot of money at rolling sounds. Dont give me no new management excuse.

These guys are over priced by far they had my buddy come down to get his system done they didn’t even have the felt for the box they said they would felt it when it came in never happened every time the sub hits it kills the highs they didn’t know how to fix it my other buddy had a bad experience too these guys are clowns
