I often have keys made here for my work and they always do a great job. We never have any issues with the copies and they are cost effective. We also call them for any locks on our commercial office door and have always been happy with the service.

Do Not Recommend. Went here for a simple key copy. Not only did they not perform the simple task with a number of excuses, but they recommended I go to the Walmart key copy kiosk instead. Terrible customer service. Luckily I found a better locksmith that did the key copy in less than 30 seconds. Very Frustrating.

Custom lock to the rescue! Wife locked us out before church on Sunday morning before we got the car keys.. I contacted Custom Lock & Alarm at 9 a.m. on a Sunday morning and within an hour I had someone here with a smile ready to help and get me back into my house. Called them because was lockedout, they answered promptly and were available immediately. Within 10 minutes of arrival I was back inside with the door unlocked. Would highly recommend.

I ended up using their service and will be a repeat customer, should the need arise. They were able to remake an vintage key for me from a lock that was missing parts. Thrilled.

They are the best locksmiths in town. The only problem is they know it. They are a wee bit arrogant, but the keys and locks they make and sell always always work!

I had a wonderful experience getting a new key made for my Mazda3 which has a transponder coded to the car. Friday afternoon in and out in quickly. The friendly staff has earned my future key cutting needs.

Lady at the counter was extremely rude. I called and asked if they made copies of a specific type of key. I was very precise and thorough over the phone. The person on the phone said they could only tell if I brought it in. When I took it in the lady had a very bad attitude and pretty much treated me like an idiot. Ill never go back here again.

Rate your experience Well, there really WASNT an experience. CL&A closes for lunch from 12-1. If you want to swing by quickly on your lunch hour forget it. I went to Walmart instead and got my keys made quickly. $85 worth.

I had a personally-scheduled and personally-confirmed 1:00 p.m. appointment yesterday to have my office door lock re-keyed. I waited from 12:57 p.m. until 1:20 p.m. The locksmith was a no-show. I received no phone call. I received no voicemail message. Even today (one day later), I have received not so much as an acknowledgement let alone apology and explanation from Custom Locksmith. How disgraceful and disrespectful.

Had my car lock and they came fast and in less then 5 minutes my car was unlocked. Great service.
