Beautiful showroom. Great Customer Service. I had an issue with a different supplier on my vinyl plank I was trying to purchase. I visited TriCounty Flooring and spoke with Sean. He was truly amazing! He calmed me down & told me they had the exact same flooring in stock and he would match the price. In less than 24 hours the plank was delivered to my home. Even the deliver crew was amazing. Fast, friendly with a smile on their faces. I definitely recommend this flooring company. I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who are not very computer savvy!We just want to thank Tri County Flooring and Euan at the Turlock store. We were in desperate need of new flooring and were on a budget. The last time we did our flooring it was from a big box store and it took a 9 weeks to get everything completed and we still had to put our own baseboards on. Euan spent at least two hours with us going over the different options. He reminded us that we had dogs, who sometimes have accidents in the house. He showed us the product that would be the best for our needs. When they pulled up the old floors they pointed out issues with the wood underneath and suggested that we fix it. We know it was a necessary fix and would have cost us in the end if we didnt fix it before the new floors went down. Thank you to the crew for that! At the end Euan did a walk through with us and made sure that we were completely happy! We were and still are! We are grateful for the quick and professional service that we received. When the product arrived and we were scheduled it was two days in and out! Starting with the initial consultation for a flooring replacement, Tri County Flooring, and specifically, Cayle, was punctual, polite and exceedingly effective and efficient.The pre-sale was handled entirely electronically, but Cayle also welcomed me to his showroom to physically examine and view the flooring first hand. For me though, the excellent quality images and descriptions were more than sufficient and it saved me a lot of time. And once the products were selected, Cayle took the project and ran with it. As to the very few questions I had; Cayle answered each one VERY promptly and left me knowing I had true professionals on the job.Tri County was also exceedingly adaptable. When other construction delayed the flooring installation, they very politely rescheduled with no fuss or drama. I greatly appreciated their flexibility -- all the time being mindful of my overall construction deadline. In my past, rescheduling anything in a construction project was like trying to pass an act of congress. Not so with Tri Valley!Regarding the installation, the finished product was absolutely stellar! There was not a seem or baseboard out of place and every miter cut was absolutely perfect! Not even one degree off! Additionally, installation was accomplished quickly and Tri County staff left the job site FAR cleaner than they found it. They went, very much, above and beyond!In summary, Tri County Flooring has become my flooring company. For my rental properties and my home, Ill look nowhere else.
