Vail creek is truly amazing!! Ilda was the one who helped us and was super friendly and kind. Both my fiancé and I were originally looking to replace a battery on his watch but then ended up looking at wedding rings since we had talked about getting married. Ilda showed me different styles in which I fell in love with a pear shaped style. She then showed us Ceramic style mens bands which we never knew existed and my fiancé ended up loving because it was such a comfortable stylish ring. We would definitely recommend this place!

I called to inquire if your business bought silver which you said you did. I asked if it was at spot price, which is pretty typical price of exchange, maybe a dollar less Ive seen. Im new to silver exchange, but off my limited experience, its what Ive seen. You responded to me, Your only getting half spot. It sounded and felt to be a low offer along with treating me as ignorant. How many other customers have been given low ball offers which you potentially profited? Your reviews are all positive, but my experience was not positive so I wanted to post according to my experience. After posting the simple star review, you then post a response which appears like your attacking me personnally online for my honest review. I feel your response is not only unprofessional, but sad to read. I stand by my 1 star review.

The staff here are the best! They helped us resize my wife’s ring three sizes down with no problems and left it looking newer than ever. I also called over the phone asking for a certain style necklace and John went above and beyond, sending me pictures of what they had and what they could order for me. Truly a great experience every time with these guys, always super friendly, helpful, and have a top quality variety of jewelry to choose from.

A woman that is relatively new assisted me buy a necklace for my best friend’s wedding gift. Even though she was new, she was wonderful! I wish I remembered her name, but she was very kind and helpful. She pulled all the resources she could to accommodate me, especially under a time crunch!

I went into this store today in hopes that I wouldn’t offend the staff by only needing my finger sized. Not only was Alta extremely kind and pleased to adhere to my request, she took time to answer all my questions. She was honest and straightforward sharing with me the pros and cons of the type of metals and jewelry I was considering. She took a great deal of time to talk with me and listen to my bad past experiences with my old wedding ring. She didn’t pressure me into buying from them or brag about what they offered. She was completely genuine. I can’t wait to schedule a “play date” appointment in their store with my husband and find out what we like. My fiancé went here to get my ring and they helped him design it and were very helpful. I went in today to get his ring and they were so nice and knowledgeable and helped me with my request, cleaned my ring, and answered all my questions. They have a great selection and they’re very warm people. So you’ll feel very comfortable and make a great decision.

So there was a ring I had my eye set on at another store, however it only came in a one carat size and was way out of my budget. When I arrived to Vail Creek John helped me design a ring similar to the one I wanted It was only slightly smaller in size but only 1/3 of the price. The ring came out gorgeous and Vail Creek did and awesome job at keeping me satisfied. Big thank you to John and the rest of the friendly staff at Vail Creek.

I got my ring customized. I worked with John and don mostly . The customer service is amazing they keep you updated with everything . I am such a picky person and when I went in there i looked at some rings but there were some were I loved the design but the band and etc. so John explained the different things they can do to customize the ring. So I met up with don the owner of this place. I had explained what I wanted, I wanted a semi simple look with a thin band with all the attention on the design. Then he started designing my ring right in front of me on a computer program they have I got to look at every angel and some things I didnt like that we fixed. And since he knew more then I did he would say this would look better or this would help. After everything we finalized everything and I just got my ring couple days ago after like 3 weeks and its def everything I wanted literally..I would highly recommend anyone to come here and give it a chance they are amazing .

I came to Vail Creek to buy my girlfriend (now fiancé) an engagement ring. Aracelis and John were very helpful in listening to all of my details and requests and were able to find me exactly what I was looking for. Aracelis was very knowledgeable in the different styles and colors and knowing what to show me. And John was able to describe and teach me about all of the things to look for when buying a diamond. I recently took my wedding rings in for repair. The prongs had worn down and the diamond had came out. This was the third time this had happened. About 18 years ago I had to have them resized, which was not a very good job.When I took my rings in all I wanted was for them to be repaired and to fix where they had been resized. No where in my conversation with the jeweler did I say I wanted to redesign my rings.He suggested I replace the main diamond with a larger man-made one, take my diamond and match it with a diamond he had in his inventory. He wanted to take mine and the one he had and place them on either side of the man made diamond.The diamond on my ring is not a big diamond, but that’s okay with me. My rings have sentimental value to me. My husband and I will be married 49 years next month, my wedding rings are not what has made this marriage.If I had gone the way he suggested it would have been about $7,000. What I wanted only cost $445.He also stated that I could apply for credit. I am a banker and my husband and I are financially stable and do not need to apply for credit.I feel he assumed that was what was holding me back from not going the way he suggested.I am very pleased with the way my rings turned out. The day we picked them up, I told my husband they looked as beautiful as the day he proposed to me.However I was disappointed after driving just shy of an hour from my home in Dos Palos to Turlock when we went to pick my rings up. I tried to tell the jeweler how pleased I was with how my rings looked, he just brushed me off. I know they where busy that day, all he had to do was give me a minute of his time, not just 15 seconds. I guess he had bigger clients to take care of.In 2021 we will be celebrating our 50th anniversary and had talked about going and having something designed for me. I may have to rethink that thought.
