Hello, I was here to print photos from my phone. I had some issues trying to get them right, so I was there quite awhile. An assistant at the store, Jackie, saw that I needed help. She took the time to assist me and my photos were great. This is a good place to go for a variety of services; I highly recommend this business

I have been going to this FedEx for at least 20 years before it even was FedEx I just email my documents and they print them for me. Veronica today couldnt find my email an instead of just resending it she wanted me to go print my own which then I would have to re download to my phone along with go self serve when Im in a hurry just wanted to pick up 5 pages to be printed but since she didnt want to be inconvenienced she made me go to self serve. Veronica is lazy and dont want to help Customers she wants you to do it yourself. Thats fine I will self serve going forward because why pay her when we could do it ourselves I would just eliminate that position.

I do not use the services of fedex often. When I do I am helpless. I try to use the machines on my own but, luckily, there is Jacqueline. She is the employee that any business would be very fortunate to have: Always, unfailingly willing to help. Knowledgeable, quick and as professional as is possible. I hope that FedEx appreciates this kind human being as much as I do!

This place really makes it difficult for you to make a quick trip in and out. They have a total of 2 copy machines for customers to utilize on their own. At times when I have been here Ive had to leave because the staff had to use both customer machines because all their machines were busy with large orders. One time the staff was actually using both customer machines while their machines sat unused. I had to go to them to make my copies since I couldnt make them on my own. This place used to have more machines when it was just a Kinkos, but I guess FedEx is more concerned with turning copy machines space into retail space. I could sure do with more machines and less self help books and fancy stationary.

Came here to print out my resume during these hard times because I work in a restaurant and am not getting any hours... was told I couldnt use a computer. Everything else was available.

Nice staff. There seems to be inconsistency in pricing. I printed something last week and came back a week later with the same format just a different presentation and they were going to charge double. Should work on consistent prices.

I came in to drop off a package with a prepaid label from the company to ship back some defective products. It was and apple box where the 2 halves slide over each other completely. I had used packing tape to strap 3 times on both ends and 4 times on each long end. There is approximately 1” or less of space on the bottom where the boxes didn’t fully overlap. Almost nothing. The lady (she wasn’t mean about it or anything) said technically I have to strap this box at an extra charge because it doesn’t close all the way. Seriously? So I said thank you very much, and took my package down the road to the postal place next to papa Murphy’s. Dropped it off no questions asked.

Had several packages routed here, picked them up no problem. Customer service has always been good, self services are solid but I havent had many big print jobs.

This place is awful, poor customer service! Some lady that works there, didn’t catch her name wish I would! But she is short and has short black or dark brown hair. She is very rude and not helpful. Never going there ever again.
