After waiting for a little more than an hour to get tires put on my vehicle, then another hour, I drove my vehicle to Birmingham, all the way there and back, my vehicle was shaking so badly it frightened me! I called on my way back to tell someone about the problem, it took very long for someone to come to the phone. After getting there, waiting again for over an hour, I was still not completely satisfied. I had also requested to get my tires back, although it was after the service, I did get them back but was not refunded the tire recovery tax that I was charged. I also asked whom I perceived to be the manager on duty, due to the fact that the job was not done properly the first time, was I entitled to any kind of discount, and he said no because they fixed the problem. That was extremely unacceptable because I felt like it should have been done correctly the first time. Im grateful that I didnt incur any other problems due to the inefficiency of the work performed. I do however feel that I should have received some sort of discount. I am an avid Wal-Mart shopper, but unfortunately I will not be inclined to use the auto service center again. Thank you kindly for the opportunity to give feed back and your attention to my concerns.

The females working at the service center were rude, they walked around looking over all of the customers waiting to pay for their oil change. One walked away as the one asked me what I was waiting for. After I told her she checked out 2 ppl in front of me and walked away. The second female returned and asked my name and finally returned my keys. This is the first time that had happened to me here. I will no longer be getting my oil changed here.

Customer service is good, but there is no place to sit and wait as the home office removed the benches. I am handicapped with limited walking, and was forced to walk through the store because of not staying in the area. I know there is covid but they should have chair at a distance for seniors, handicapped and even pregnant women. Until the end of the pandemic, I guess I will have to shop elsewhere or do only pickup. No more auto dept for now. I did complain to management and felt i was blown off

Only reason for two stars is because the people were nice but as far as the work its complete chaos no one is on the same page so watch and make sure they are doing what you asked or they may do something completely different than what you tell them to do

When I came here at first, the gentleman was very helpful (by the way, I came here to buy a new battery). A few days later, I come here to bring back my old battery and absolutely NO ONE is here to help me. Poor customer service.

Popped a tire on road trip. They installed a new tire in about 20 minutes for $80. Only issue is weekend hours are listed as 7am-7pm but I asked one of the employees and he said they open at 8am on the weekend.

Do not go here .. I started to call an ambulance to make sure mechanic still had a pulse .. it took 2.5 hours to balance tires .. that’s right 2.5 hours from the time the first lug nut came off 2.5 hours until the last lug nut was tight

Poor, poor, poor... took over a hour to get a tire changed and there was no wait. Had 4 people looking at a flat tire trying to figure out how to fix it. So I wont be go in ng back there anytime soon..

I went in for an oil change. I had 141,000 miles on my vehicle. My sticker says come back at 172,000 miles. Interesting. I also had a damaged tire I wanted fixed. (Had four new tires on the vehicle, one got damaged and I put the spare on.) The lady wrote that I wanted four new tires. I possibly said, I need my tire repaired. Its hanging in the spare rack. (I have a Jeep.) Also took over two hours for the oil change.

Man, I’m not the one to complain. But I drive a camaro RS and the size of the rear tires differ from the size of the front size tires. It’s a big noticeable difference. They put the tires on in reverse.I took my car to another dealership to get them swapped again and they just laughed and said “ yeah, looks like this came from Walmart.”

Will have you wasting your time outside waiting instead of checking you in while they sit and play on their phone. Then they vet upset with you for interrupting them to ask for help.Oh and lets not forget when they took 5 hours for an oil change. The only reason I go to them is that they are located next to Sams club.

I will never ever, never ever, never ever evet go there again. If I could give zero stars, I would. I got there at 10 for an oil change. I asked how long it would take. The guy said 45 mins. 11 oclock passes by. 12 oclock passes by. I go outside to garage, my car has hood up with no one working on it. The hold time I was there, no one has worked on my car. I hear guys saying theyre heading to lunch when all these cars/customers waiting. Something that takes 10 minutes to do... I had to be somewhere at 1 so I asked for my keys back and left. This was on a Sunday. I usually go to Express Oil Change, but had been getting off work too late to make it to them. I definitely wont be going back there.

I spent three and a half hours at Walmart just to get two tires changed. the people who work in the shop acted like they didnt care they where slow and the manager even said he didnt care about something with another customer. I went there to save 20$ and the other shop I normally deal with whod have had me out in 25 minutes. Poor service from wall Mart on Skyland Blvd in Tuscaloosa Alabama. First time going last time ever in my life. If I could I wouldnt give a single star.

Terrible customer service from the technicians. They work on their own time with no regards of the customer. There was one car a head getting a tire change, I needed one tire replaced. It has been 2 hours and I am still here waiting.

Slowest service in Tuscaloosa. Took 4 hours to get new tires and an oil change. They said they were super busy that day (a Wednesday). The next time I got an oil change, it took over an hour and a half for just the oil change. The $5-10 I saved isn’t worth the extra hours it takes them to do anything

If you respect your time, just do not go there! I got brand new tires and wait for 4 hours and then I realized that they dorgot to balance them! Surprisingly, they asked me to wait for an other couple hours to fix a problem which was because of themselves!
