Went for last minute Halloween costume necessities, ended up leaving w those and stuff for Christmas gifts. More of a selection in-store than what I saw online when it came to fleece. Cashier was nice enough also to help me out w a coupon that got me about $15 off (considering I grabbed way more than I planned it was wonderful). Ill be back for more holiday needs later on.

The selection of fabric was amazing. However I did not feel welcomed by the two young ladies in the store at the time. Although The cashier (Brandon) was amazing he greeted me as I walked up to checkout. He asked me if I found everything I needed and he was patient and polite.

Best customer service ever! All the employees were friendly and helpful. Terrance was particularly awesome (Thanks Terrance!). I walked out with a ton of stuff and was happy with the quality of materials I got here and the helpfulness of the employees. We had to drive a ways to get to a Joanns and this store made the drive worth it!

It is the only quilting store in town. I wish they carried a better grade of fabrics. Some you can almost see through them. The higher grade fabrics are few. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. The manager is very patient.I buy sewing supplies and quilting supplies. Great deals on supplies. Jackie

Nice store. Lots of choices. We were there today and the staff acted like we were bothering them and that they were doing us a favor. If there was another fabric store we would use it. Doesnt cost to be nice to customers.

I love to decorate and add color with fabric. I also look for different fabrics for church that we use for different things. The app is extremely helpful and if you come any day except on a Saturday morning. It is usually extremely quick. I love the variety of fabric and also the different supplies that will help increase your art.

The cashier acted rude like she didn’t like my toddler for being loud. Kids naturally are that way. The wait time to get anyone to help at the fabric counter is longer than normal.

Very pricey compared to online and big stores like Walmart, but with a huge variety of different fabrics to compensate. However, using a bit of coupon magic, my girlfriend was able to turn a purchase of $50 dollars into something like $20. Google coupons and you will not be disappointed.

My father wanted some fabric placed on his prosthesis and this was the perfect place to go. So many different fabrics to choose from. We got 2yards of cotton fabric with Alabama print. Items were neatly placed and visible for easy search.

Clean and well-stocked. They even have Christmas gifts and other decorations. They carry cake decorations and Wilton items as well. Friendly staff.

I LOVE JOANNs Fabric, BUT, Each and Everytime I go into store and Shoppe, the thermostat is HIGH!! I ALWAYS LEAVE EARLY (because I cant stay in any place where I cant breathe). The shopping spree, my sister asked regarding the temperature being so HOT and they told her, that they had NO CONTROL over the thermostat and that was managed at Corporate. Well, IF CORPORATE WANTS TO KEEP IT THAT HOT ALL THE TIME, THEN, I WILL NOT RETURN. I PLAN TO FOLLOW UP WITH CORPORATE TOO. I have LUNG Problems, use oxygen and I would LOVE to get back into sewing. But, I CANT WITH TEMPERATURE SET HIGH IRREGARDLESS OF THE WEATHER.

The staff are helpful and friendly. Their loyalty program is generous with discount coupons and other perks. Like any other craft store merchandise is everywhere and categorized vaguely so things arent always where they are. The sale signage and product placement can be confusing to understand. But at the end of the day I can always get help from their friendly associates!

Customer service at this place was impeccable it was only two workers but I promise you you would have thought it was for in there the way they were helping people and she even help me setup my app on my other phone so that I can get my discount and I really appreciate that because she didnt have to do that when she took the time even when she was busy she may time and the store was clean organized

I would give 5 stars if it werent for the confusion for me on the pricing of the items.The store was clean, items nicely separated and organized, and the staff was very friendly.Most everything had a price on it, some things were marked as discounted up to 40% or 50%, some were doorbusters, and some were clearance.The store has a wonderful large selection of items to choose from. The store is larger on the inside than it looks in the outside to me. The items in the store are very efficiently arranged. The staff was very helpful and extremely knowledgable. They also had sales papers with coupons on site, but there is an app that you can get and by becoming a member get additional coupons.

They have a wide variety of craft supplies and much more.Great deals on cricut supplies.Customer service deserves 2 stars definitely. My reason is because of the lack of knowledge they each had with their products...and I ask a lot of questions before making a major purchase. Needless to say, they lost a sale. I went elsewhere and received the help and information I was seeking.

I cross-stitch & this store kind of makes me nuts.I need 18 count Aida fabric in different colors, they have 14 count in white.I need size 3 pearl cotton, they have size 5.On the other hand, cant beat their stock of DMC 6 strand floss.Its frustrating. Also, theres never an employee at the register. You have to hunt the store to find someone to ring you up.

I had gone to 3 stores looking for a orb for my son school project. At first I thought I was out of luck again but the staff here help me fine one that was on display high up. Very friendly and helpful.

As far as craft stores go, stick to Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Ive visited this location multiple times to find things out of order, and staff nowhere to be seen. On one occasion I waited at a register a full 12 minutes before a cashier arrived, timed to see just how awful the wait would be.I definitely would not recommend anyone to shop at this location.
