The staff is incredibly rude and pretentious. Every time I have ever gone in the store, I have been stared down and cannot even look at the merchandise without being almost followed throughout the store. The staff has no customer service training whatsoever and their offers for help are extremely condescending. At my last visit, my friends and I were the only shoppers in the store, yet we were being continuously watched and monitored by 4 employees. They then accused one of us of stealing, and made him show exactly where he put the product down before we could leave the store. The employee then made a snarky comment about how the product was not placed back in its original spot instead of apologizing for his mistake. If you enjoy being judged while you shop and accused of theft, then this store is for you. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Couldn’t look at a single item with out feeling like I had a worker breathing down my neck. It’s a tiny store I don’t understand why they had 3 people working, I guess so it’s easier to harass the customers. Felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time. Tried leaving the store and my friend was accused of stealing a card holder, he explained he didn’t yet they still didn’t believe him and he had to show them where he placed it. It’s inexcusable the fact they they stare over your shoulder the entire time you’re in there but they can’t see the fact that you put your merchandise back down.

The staff at this location has been extremely helpful and they definitely place customer service as a top priority. I wish I could remember the young mans name that I always go to when hes at work so that I could give him a shoutout.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. On the other hand, their RPS (rock paper scissors) skills were quite lacking. I played each employee BO3 (best out of 3) and not a single employee could beat me. I will be back whenever they hire employees that are better equipped to match my RPS skill level.

After having a HORRIBLE experience at Journeys, I went to mountain high outfitters and bought some Toms there. The staff was super friendly, Cameron helped me and was extremely nice! I will continue to go there to buy my Toms ! Thanks for being so nice and friendly !

A cool little shop for outdoor lifestyle brands. The gear selection is limited, and it does seem a bit crowded in the small space. However, they do have some things that arent available anywhere else in town. There is always plenty of parking right out front.

I was stared at by the 2 nukumpoops sitting at the desk like I had a dirty face or something. I had just left a wedding so I was dressed up. But the stare I was getting was more like discussed to the point I asked someone in my party if they felt they was being stared at. The prices are High.. . Im sure u have clientele pay those prices but I am frugal raising 7 girls
