I went in there today and the woman who helped me was amazing, i’m pretty sure her name was Esther. Loved everything about her 10/10 best employee.

The employees here are lazy and very uninformed. I had interactions with about 6 employees and the only one that knew anything and was interested in assisting was the greeter. Two thumbs down.

After dinner we took a stroll to the mall and it was awesome. We were greeted and assisted immediately. Everyone had a smile on there face this always make the experience great.

We all know that the products are great. However, the staff is also very helpful and seem genuinely concerned. They helped me find some teacher gifts in my budget on this trip

It was wonderful. Employee was very helpful. We love coming here . Didnt know if we bought a scent an didnt like it we could return it for an exchange. We do now.

Bath & Body Works is a Fantastic place to shop for Bath items, lotions, body spray, body gel, facial shrubs, or just whatever you may need for your Bath & Body. They also have fragrant Candles to refresh any room or for any relaxing bath. They have specials on a daily basis such as But 3/ Get 3 so I would highly recommend shopping here.My Family & I Love Bath & Body Works.

Amazing staff at this location! They were fast, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of their merchandise. If you are sensitive to smells beware though. They always have new scents and great sales.

This is the most amazing place in university mall. I think I spent over an hour in there enjoying all the wonderful fragrances.

My favorite store to get candles from. I love the staff. They treat me like Im at home. I also love the semi annual and the sales on candles. I love collecting them and saving them up for birthdays or Christmas.

I had great customer service from Rachel .I live in Mississippi and got terrible customer service there . I called the Tuscaloosa store and Rachel answered the phone and was so pleasant !!! she checked to see if they had what I was asking for. I drove almost 2 hours to get this fragrance.

One associate was amazing, but she was seasonal so she wasnt able to ring me up, I got to the register the associate wasnt nice at all

I love this place I only went in and bought item because I had a warm greeting, when I went back it wasnt so warm they only greeted certain people n it wasnt nice so this is why I dont buy customer service is key not attitudes 😊😋😠💩

A friend and I was shopping at the Tuscaloosa location on 7/11/17 and we felt very uncomfortable. The associates were following us around the store as if we steal and kept rushing us to check out. I will not be shopping at this location again because we felt as if we were being targeted as shoplifters.
