My aftermarket radio was improperly installed & its still currently draining the battery in my car.. Took it back to them, & they claimed they fixed the problem by bypassing whatever was the issue, but obviously didn’t… it’s Been a big inconvenience for me with getting to work on time etc. $375 down the drain.. 2weeks now It’s been installed, same problem… I wouldn’t recommend no one to go here and have anything installed because they charge you a hell of a lot just to send you out the door with your radio etc. improperly installed .. and don’t even try to better service you or fix the issue when you’ve spent hard earned money with them…. Again this is not a place you want to go to have anything installed at.

Went to have a new dash kit & radio put in a 2014 Ford Mustang .. My left speaker wasn’t working & they told me it was something bad in the dash kit… Not only that… My new radio was draining my battery .. so that tells me something was improperly connected regarding the wires… so they bypass whatever was causing the battery in my car to go dead, but they didn’t fix the speaker.. So I take it to West Coast Customs & found out I had a bad harness wire… So they ended up bypassing whatever and fixing the problem with my speaker. 👍🏼

Love this place! Over several years, have had them replace my car stereo and my speakers, and have had them install UV blocking film on my windows. Always quick, friendly, and well-priced!

Had remote start installed ask different times about a remote! When getting it installed was told yes we don’t profiting your key!! Wrong they programmed it the the key!! Went there 5 times in two months to get a remote! Told we are out of remotes!! Finally today was told remotes don’t work on this remote start if I want remotes I got to have a new one at full price!!!! Don’t go there!!!

Did a great job with the tint on my truck

I wouldn’t take my vehicles to any other place. I have taken my last 5 vehicles here and they get me in and out and it always looks amazing. Also wrapped a boat for us and made it look brand new. They get it done! 10 out of 10!

Do not let them hook up your radio in a Mercedes Benz! Thank me later. Too many issues since the installation and when they unhooked it, my tail lights don’t work smh NEVER AGAIN!!

Installed my Subwoofers, gave NO give in the wiring in the trunk, didnt mount the fuse under the hood and it melted and blew my amplifier. Just a horrible place

Firstly before buying a speaker and amp I asked him if it was the right amp for the speaker he said yes, they installed it and after a couple days it went off and I was explaining that the wires in the back we’re starting to catch fire and they wanted me to pay over $100 in labor instead of fixing the problem that they caused and wouldn’t take back the equipment.

Sold me a speaker that went out the next day & would not refund me my money. Had to go through lengthy warranty process to get a new speaker & had already replaced it by the time it came. Tried to take the brand new speaker back to store with receipt of original purchase for a refund and was denied. ASK ABOUT RETURN POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING!

I decided to match up the tint on my front windows with my back windows. The guys were very nice and did a great job in less than 30 minutes!! I opted for the ceramic tint to keep the heat out and glad I did since Alabama is crazy hot in the Summertime!!

Quoted me a price on the phone for installation on my sons stereo and when I went there they tried to charge me double and were very condescending. Dont care if I have to pay triple wont go back there. Confused about the good reviews- maybe they treat men better?

They do good work but are expensive and won’t price match their competitors. For a job they quoted me on 450 plus tax to re do my windows tint and plus the windshield, and when I agreed ; and asked for 5 percent the guy toldMe it would be extra, so that was a deal breaker.. sounds great did the job for me and got it done for 100 dollars cheaper .

Worst experience ever the white guy who seems to be in charge was the only one i had a problem with he was very disrespectful when i was trying to be calm. He told me one thing was wrong with my radio and then doubled back and said he wouldnt be able to tell what is wrong with it for sure after he told me to buy an amplifier for my car. The other workers were good and very helpful but i will personally never spend a dime here ever again.

I have had my tint on my windows for over a year now, looks just like the day it was installed. The staff was helpful, friendly and quick! I have also had them do some work in a van for my employer, needed some new wiring, amp and backup camera, once again a fantastic job, I will be continuing to go there for all my auto electronics needs!

Very nice, professional business. Wide selection of high end car audio products with what seemed like decent prices. Took my truck in to get the front windows tinted. Was told there was a decent wait, around 45 minutes, but stuck around and patiently waited. The wait time was much less than I was told and the job was done in under 45 minutes from when I walked in to when I walked out. Under promise and over deliver, a key thought in any business that is rarely followed. Highly recommend these guys.

I got my tints done here, they ended up great except a piece of hair was in one causing a bubble. They were very friendly and got it replaced no questions asked. They offer a lifetime warranty also on tints!

I had them install a hardwired dashcam for me becuase I didn’t trust myself with the wiring. They did a perfect job with the wiring and had it done very quickly, all for a reasonable price. The staff was also very communicative about the details of the installation.

I’ve had the window tint on my Tahoe for about 7 years. Still looks great. 15% over 15%. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Made the mistake of going to a competitor for light bars and wiring. The wiring has been messed up. Gonna have to take the Tahoe by Mobile Electronics to get it done right. Cool place, great staff, and even better work!

On Tuesday had a radar detector hardwired... While backing out of a parking space the following Monday something underneath the steering literally pulled the control box of the detector down... You could feel a pull and hear the velcro rip apart. Called Mobile Electronics and was told to bring it back to them. I was pleasantly surprised. Took the car back to Mobile Electronics and was told that it was the cord. Even when I detailed exactly what I felt and heard the technician stance still the same. He then told me to buy another cord and theyd put it in for me... Hmmm 🤔 not sure who wins in that arrangement, but I know it isnt me. After spending for the cord initially, then installation... to then be told to repurchase the cord. One that obviously got messed up from the installation. This is not even poor customer service, its the epitome of probably one of the most dishonest things Ive ever witnessed in doing business with an installer. I guess I should be out of a few extra dollars than for them to Stand by their work...

Rude employees and shoddy work. My window tint is already peeling off after 2 months and they wont do anything about it and wouldnt make it as dark as my last car that they did last year.

I came in one day to get my stereo put in and they broke a part and didnt fix it or replace it. When I said it wasnt like that before I brought they simply ignored that fact.

Had my system put in my truck and installed it really quick. But was all wrong when I got home it was like I installed it myself....
