Hi its crazy every time I go there get a bad experience a white guy Light Blind Was There It Was Strange Instead Of Getting My Sim Card Out In My New Unlocked s21 Which Is Now Working Which My Lady Friend At Renter Center Put Herself Long Story After He Felt Like It He Won When It Would Not Activate Start Talking About How Lovely The Saturday was With His Black Coworker Whom Did not Like Me Either Wow

She was so kind and helpful, having knowledge about every question and issue I had. She set me up with a phone and a plan that suited me perfectly and I cant be happier. This Verizon is the best store to go to in town very friendly

Store never answers the phone, even after calling 10 times. Store also has limited amount of people which makes shopping last longer that it should. Phone number needs to updated if the phone number is incorrect.

Staff never gets to store to open when the hours say they open. Ordered a phone and was told they would reach out once it comes in. Called three days (Wednesday) after placing the order and was told the phone was not in. They never answer the phone. Called Verizon (Friday) and they say the phone was delivered (Wednesday) the day I called. STAY AWAY!!

I was able to walk in without appointment!Corey and Hayden are very nice. They were able to assist & fix with my IPhone. I visit the store yesterday the sale representative Ashley helped me and my husband port numbers from att to Verizon. She was knowledgeable and made sure we understood how to work our new phones before leaving the store. If you visit this location ask for Ashley.

Customer service is great!

I tried to come and look at phones twice in one day, but the first time was greeted with this note. I waited close to an hour before returning and the store was still closed, the note still up! I wanted to use this location since the other Verizon is across town. Bummed out - please leave a time in the future!

Bad customer service. Had to wait an hour until the employee was available. She Wouldn’t let me have a SIM card adapter for free. They have so many of them adaptors that they want to charge them in cash.

Its taken me some time to get to this. Bought 3 new iPhone 10s and an iPad about 6 months ago. We told the rep we did not want cell service with the iPad because it would be 40 a month extra. We were quoted the price and signed.The rep flat out lied to us because the only way to get the iPad for the price we paid was to sign it up for service which we specifically said we did not want to do, was told we didnt have to do, and was intentionally quoted the price without the 40 for its service included. My wife checked our plan a few days later and our plan included the service for the iPad and was 40 dollars more than we knew it should have been. Verizon said to take it back. The store would not accept it. They said since we signed, we agreed. This is true because their employee was extremely and intentionally deceitful. All to make a sell.

Always go to a Verizon company store. This is an authorized retailer. I paid $700 for a new iPhone 7 on Monday at the company store. By Tues. I had not been able to set up phone part, internet was fine. Woman at this store told me the SIM card on new phone was bad. Wanted to charge me $20 MORE to replace the SIM card on the NEW phone. I declined and went back to company store in Meadowbrook Mall. Seems my SIM card was fine.... it just took someone who actually knew what they were doing to transfer info from my old 3G to the newer model. Sadly, I believe motivation at this store was, purely, financial and laziness.
