Deondrea has helped us several times at the Verizon Store in Tuscaloosa, Al. She is always so kind and so helpful. She is very knowledgeable and helped us with an issue that couldn’t be resolved over the phone with Verizon. You can tell that Deondrea loves her job. She is always in a great mood and has excellent customer service. She has been able to fix any issue with our phone or if she couldn’t she was able to order anything we needed. She is always a pleasure to work with and I would recommend anyone to go to this store for help. We drive past 2 other Verizon stores in order to go to the store she works at. Thank you so much.

I had a bad experience at Verizon wireless on 15th street. When I came to the one down 69 South location Drea and Charliee was so polite and friendly doing customer service. They are really good dream team need more like them.

Showed up here on Jan. 23, 2020 at approximately 10:45. All doors were locked and the employee(s) were outside smoking weed in their car. Then had the audacity to look at me like I was in the wrong....absolutely shameful....

Normally I dont have a problem with Verizon when I went to this location is only have one person working she took forever and it seemed she didnt know what she was doing. She laughed as she tried to overcharge me an extra $20. Couldnt explain where the extra money was coming from. So I just left

I had a lot of questions and came in late Allyah Bell really helped she made sure we left satisfied and left with the cheapest price we could get..... Whenever I go in the service is always awesome.... Plus our names were kind of spelled alike... I wish the plan I chose had an earlier upgrade though..... But overall very helpful!!!

Beware when you buy anything at this store .It is not a real Verizon store,just and authorized dealer. I bought a phone there a they slipped a charge of $29.00 Redux membership.Supposed to be some kind of drying machine they have to dry phone if it gets wet.Did not ask or was told about this. Called Verizon and they cannot do anything about it. Just beware go to re Verizon store!!
