Bought a wallet for my husband and the Alabama emblem came off shortly after. I stopped by the booth while I was in the mall one day and explained what had happened. The gentleman working asked for me to bring it back and he would exchange it. After a month of letting it slip my mind, I took it today and exchanged it. Even after the extended period that was my fault, No questions asked. Exchanged it for a new wallet. Thank you High tide sports for great customer service! We will do business again soon!
