This is the worst store ever as far as management wise!! The manager was very rude to my husband and so the manager got called out on his rude behavior. His tuned changed very quickly. So I will not be back at that location. I will drive to Birmingham if needed or I will order online. I didnt even want to give it a star for this location....smdh.

We had to pick up some toys to prepare our house for foster care. I was trying to get good quality for the funds that I had to spend, and a couple of the girls that work there really helped me out.

Price matching at its best. Make sure to check toys r us website for a price as well as other stores. Only 4 stars because Ive never seen the Giraffe in there.

Tuscaloosa deserves better service! The phones never get answered. They werent helpful when I arrived at the store. The customer is supposed to feel wanted, but all they wanted to do was get rid of me. Very unpleasant experience. I wont be back!

Pretty easy to find stuff, staff actually leaves you alone and doesnt bother you.

We love to go to Toys R Us, and are really sad that our local store is closing. Buying toys from Amazon is just not the same as the brick & mortar experience.

I got a baby swing at a great price

This is a horrible store we bought 2 different items from this store and both had something wrong. And they want make it right my nephews cant even play on all the items on there swing set. Unless this store gets new management will not be shopping there anymore.

Toys R Us is usually pretty ghetto, but this one takes the cake. Store is out of repair and disorganized.

Bought something on the closing sale. It was broken!!! and we were not able to return it!!! Messy store, unfriendly staff, can’t recommend it at all. No surprise they are closing.

I found everything I needed for my sons first birthday

Generally nice and patient employees but I pr-ordered a game there so I could get their pr-order bonus and they havent got the new game in its a bit disappointing.
