We called looking for a plug, the salesperson said that they did not have it and that they could orders. We informed them that we needed to the plug today in order to complete a job. This salesperson called other stores in the area to help us find what we needed with out us even asking. This person went above and beyond for us, which seems to be more uncommon these days.
