At this place for 4 1/2 hours so far and these employees are on their phones more than they are loading trucks. One forklift driver is driving down the street, playing on his cell phone. Im glad Im not the owner cause I sure wouldnt want to pay employees to be on their cell phones instead of working.
I had a great experience, check in and delivery less than an hour.
Absolutely ridiculous. Spent 11 hours there total, 6 of which on the dock. Watched a forklift driver hit a powerline with a stack of pallets, genius. Massive mounds of sawdust piled up outside, has to be some sort a safety concern with a yard full of wood, some of which is being stacked inches away from power lines.
Terrible place! Avoid at any cost!!!!!!!! Companies like this should not be allowed to operate. Waiting for load 8h .....Still waiting.....Miserable people equals miserable place....... I would give zero stars if there was an option 😂
Very bad receiving... They do not care about small businesses at all . avoid here at all cost
Horrible. Over 6h waiting time
Not bad. I was loaded in an hour. Dock workers knocks on your door when the trailer is loaded.
Nice people overnight parking but extremely slow loading time
When pulling onto the entrance rd, there will be a sign with the phone numbers to shipping and receiving. Call the number and someone will collect your information. They will tell you to park and come get you to escort you to the proper unload or pickup area.
7 hours later still not loaded... Got to be the worst place Ive been to. Why make an appointment time if nobody cares about it. Flat beds seem to go fast. Dry van u will be camping here a while.
I always read reviews to places and have a very different experience when we visit. I called the number that was posted on sign. Woman who answered was very nice and respectful, later found out her name was Morgan. She instantly gave us a door. Went in to sign paperwork her and Paul were very nice, pleasant people. Was in and out 45 mins. Paul came out and gave us seal told us to be careful and come back. Oh I did have to call fir directions and Mindy was very helpful as well.
A work in progress, an older business with bad infrastructure
I would give zero if i could. They gave me dock around 9p.m. for 11 a.m. appointment. Ridiculous! Looks like Dry Vans all sitting here for a long time, wouldnt be back for sure.
9 hours to get called to a dock, be sure to find the docks in daylight, before you park in the dirt lot.,they dont do escorts on nights.
I don’t know if these guys had a lucky day but took 5 hrs to load me. It’s not FCFS they load whoever they want.
What a waste of time this place is
4 hours to pickup load of chep pallets
Horrible place to pickup at they are slower than molasses in winter. I arrived at 10am for a noon appointment I finally got into a dock around 4pm and left at 7pm. Never coming back here.
They dont start until 8am.....broker said 6 30am apt. Checked in 8am out by 8:45am...friendly staff
Do not bother with this ill-managed company. The staff was extremely rude when I entered. Didnt even bother getting off the break room chairs to assist me. I called beforehand and was not notified that Id have to wait 45 minutes to be helped because the supervisor was on lunch. Ive been to pallet companys all over the U.S as part of my job and this is the first Ive had to write a terrible review. Truly terrible customer service. I dont know how they stay in business.
Awesome customer service and staff.
SUPER SLOW, GOT IN AT 1PM LEFT AT 12AM
Took 10h to get a door got here at 11am
Nice staff. Watch out for the ditch across the street. Loaded within an hour.
7 hours and plus to be loaded so drivers avoid this place unless you need to sleep
A little slow but really nice people. Not a place if your 11/14 is short.
You get at this location hours before other drivers but you leave hours after those same drivers terrible 😒 it will be at least 5 hours
I have to rate them 1 star because even after 8 hours of waiting there to be loaded they havent begun loading. I gave back the bills which they gave me earlier when I was backed into the dock and pulled my truck out and left. In all fairness the people where really nice and they had power outage earlier in the day for like couple of hours, also this particular load was supposed have been picked up by another carrier and was scheduled for 1 pm pickup time, but for whatever reason that didnt happen and my company got the load from the brokarge company after 2 pm, I was just a few miles away from this place when I was dispatched and arrived at 2:30pm to check in and was told I was late and missed my appointment that I would have to wait to be worked in but not till after 4:30, ok fine not a big deal it was a fairly good paid load and seemed to be an easy 200 mile run to Hattiesburg, MS so I waited. I got docked about 6:30pm the power came back on shortly after that, they made the bills and gave them to me and said sit tight theyll load you soon. Again ok not a problem. 10 pm came around when I realized nothing was happening (3 other trucks where docked also and none of them were being loaded either) I went to the loading dock to ask about, the guys werent sure what was the problem but said theyll load me in half hour. At this point my dispatch had already told me to leave, but I wanted to wait the half hour in hopes that theyll at least star but at 10:41pm still nothing so I went and gave them the bills back and said I have to go and left. 8 hours is plenty of time in my opinion to get loaded no matter what the issue since its been on the schedule to be loaded at 1pm. But I think other than that this could have been an ok place to pick up even if they do take a little longer than normal to load. BTW, it was a load of pallets
Rude staff and hard to get into the docks with the ditch across the street... very very slow to load
Go by appointment time
Tight place to back in
Tight back off the road dont get here early they will not take you.

Slow
