Horrible! Run, dont walk....RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Yes business, because all they are out for is the money. Once they get your name on the dotted line, they are gone before the ink dries and you never see them again. They constantly get different staff. This office was closed down for a length of time because there was no staff to run it. They were holding my mother hostage with their shoddy equipment because Medicare rules wouldnt allow her to choose a different company, which is ridiculous when this business is not providing her standard basic care. They are a complete rip off. Refused to bring her replacement oxygen tubing, expecting her to use the same tubing over a year! When she finally got the contract paid off with them, they, being the crooks they are, went behind my back contacting my hard of hearing mother and tricked her into thinking they were there to help her and see if she needed anything. The person who came convinced her the oxygen concentrater wasnt working well, and generously brought her a replacement. They didnt tell her they were underhandedly tricking her into another contract with them!! And guess what.....under Medicare rules shes stuck. Again. With no tubing. And no portable tanks even though she requires 24 hour oxygen. I even called the home office in Florida and got empty promises. It has gone so far that a man at the Birmingham office yelled at my mother on the phone and hung up on her when she called requesting new tubing. Please, if you care anything about your loved ones well being, choose a different company. Look at the reviews. Dont settle.

Terrible experience. Will not ever use again. Lazy and unprofessional.
