I stopped by for a quote. Fortunately, my damage was superficial and not in need of immediate repair. Though, I really appreciate the politeness and professionalism of the staff and the manager Mike- who answered my questions and thoroughly explained everything to me. Will definitely recommend and go back if needed (hopefully its never needed lol 🙂).

Unfortunately, my car was hit twice in the same year, and I used Caliber Collision for both repairs. The staff was helpful and friendly, and my car looks like new again. They provided an accurate estimate of how long the repairs would take and kept me updated on the progress. Dealing with a car accident and filing the insurance claim is very stressful and time consuming, and it is nice that their team makes the car repair process as seamless as possible.

Are you looking for a body shop? Look no further... Caliber Tustin is the place! I had to take my truck in for a door strap replacement.. They did a fantastic job. They not only restored the vehicle to its original condition, but also cleaned the truck and polished the head lamps. What a service!!! I wanted to shout out to GM Mike Lopez and Service Advisor Chad Souice.. Super friendly and courteous people.. if I needed another repair, hopefully not, I’d definitely go back to Caliber Tustin. This is my second time being there for repairs to my vehicle related to an accident, these folks go above and beyond and take care of you every time constant updates with emails or phone calls if you prefer, and even fixed a little ding on my door that wasn’t covered.

Caliber was recommended by my insurance company after my car was damaged by a dump truck backing into it. Caliber staff were courteous and acted quickly to get the vehicle repaired.My only complaint is the quality of the work was lacking. There were drips in the clear coat, and body panels out of alignment when I came to pick it up. I am surprised a professional body shop did not notice the problems. They did fix those issues, but the delay caused another 2 day car rental which Caliber said “would be paid for by my insurance”.

Johnathan and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! They were efficient, thorough, and so pleasant to work with. Thank you Caliber for making a frustrating situation so much easier once you got involved!!

I had been Caliber twice in last 10 months as my insurance recommended but I didnt have good experience with the shop. The 1st time was in Dec 2018 that I got rear ended and got fixed at Tustin Auto Center location. I didnt write review even though I wasnt satisfied with the customer service, the technician told me not to do review. The technician who did my case didnt response my call or email and no call for any update until my car was ready to pick up. He told me to ignore the review send from the company. The body work was OK so I let it go. minus one star. After the 2nd time to fix my car at other location, I only can give 2 and half stars as Im not happy about their customer service overall and quality of work.

Chad is the BEST! Great service.

Body work was done fine but when I picked up the car it was missing the antenna and the car would not start. I spent 1.5 hrs waiting for them to find a jumper box. It has been 31 days and I am still waiting for the antenna.

After an irritating minor fender bender (pro tip, ensure you have a dash camera on your car!), I didnt want to go through the insurance company so I opted to pay out of pocket for this repair. Fortunately the damage was cosmetic and the bumper just needed some paint work.The staff at Caliber were very professional and competitive in price. I worked with Jonathan Klauk and he made sure to detail the entire repair from top to bottom. The process started with a walk around the car detailing the damage to the vehicle. Next was the quote which only took a few hours to do. He followed up with a phone call and I explained that my next constraint was getting the car back before I took a road trip.He stuck to the timeline and I received my 2018 Acura MDX back in the original condition I drove it off the lot. They did a great job on my Prius 2016. However the footboard wasnt perfectly realigned to the fender.
