We decided to go the full custom route. Laura was 100% hands on and patient throughout the process. We’ve never made furniture so the details she shared were extremely helpful. Ultimately we got the sectional and it’s exactly what we thought it would and WAYYYY less than a comparable product from WEST ELM or CB2! Thank you so much!!!

Far Below retail exceeded all of my expectations. I was in need of some new couches and after going to a few different stores in OC only to be disappointing, I was starting to give up. I walked into Far Below Retail and I was instantly greeted with superior customer service. Let me start by saying I am extremely picky but the salesperson was extremely patient with me and really took the time to help me pick out the absolute perfect furniture. Prices were extremely reasonable and in all, I left with a whole new custom living room set for less than what I was planning to pay for a sofas at another place. I shopped online and around our county for a month before I discovered Far Below Retail and I will not being buying furniture from anyone else but them. The quality of workmanship, the helpfulness of staff, and the prices cannot be beat. On the furniture I selected, the lowest price I could find elsewhere was still 75% higher - I saved over $10K buying from them. The delivery team was on time, focused, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. We have been living with our new furniture for two months now and I couldnt be happier!We bought a custom made sofa, love seat, and a bedroom set. There was a showroom version of the sofa, there were hundreds of colors and fabrics to choose from, and Dave was so helpful with helping me to decide an awesome combination for my beach/modern minimalist style. Although they did not have a model on the floor of bed I wanted, Dave was very helpful in showing me catalog in store and URL on website for what he thought I might like so then I only had to choose from 3 rather than the thousands that they have - I selected a dark cherry bedroom set of a higher platform bed with matching nightstand and dresser which could have all been bought separately. The bed even has three level touch lights under the bed at your fingertips so you can find your way to bathroom without stumbling in middle of night - sweet! I also had designers I liked for other furniture and Dave said to just let him know who and what pieces and he emailed back the next day with prices for all of them, some less than the advertised price at those designers own website.

Great experience. If u bought something that didnt last it was probably cheap or manufacturings fault,not the seller. You get what you pay for.we bought expensive sold nightstands,a bed frame with lamps.loved loved luvd our experience from beginning to delivery 6 days later after purchasing,incredible. Katie helped us with our ordering process,friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We are definitely returning clients and have been referring all our friends and family.

I have copied and pasted this review from 2011 from Yelp. It is interesting for me to notice that Yelp filtered out this review and almost all the other 1 star reviews.AVOID!We drove here based on the fantastic YELP reviews, but now suspect these reviews were done by family and friends.The employees were very nice and helpful, but misrepresented an item, though probably not intentionally. After getting it home we found that they sold us the wrong color. We had to repack it and drive it all the way back. Not a problem, mistakes happen. But they charged a 20% restocking fee for a cash and carry item (it was in stock, we didnt special order it) which was THEIR mistake.In addition, the person handling the return was incredibly rude and somewhat violent. Because we did not want to agree to have the restocking fee subtracted from our refund, he started yelling and said he wasnt taking it back and actually pushed the item outside.Because my husband and I do not live in California (we were there helping my son move) we were not at all familiar with furniture stores in that area. In searching online, we discovered Yelp reviews, and Far Below Retail has reviews that sounded almost too good to be true. Guess they were. As long as I am editing this review, I may as well include a paragraph from one of my emails to Christina:Christina, I dont enjoy writing a bad review. The misrepresentation (even if inadvertent) cost us valuable time, effort, and gasoline, but that is not why I wrote the review. We felt the restocking fee was unfair because it was a cash and carry item that was not special ordered, and the color was misrepresented., but that would still not be enough for me to write a bad review. I wrote the review after my husband and son came home visibly shaken from the return experience.Do yourself a favor and avoid this unprofessional operation. Buy your furniture from a reputable dealer instead.

Suppose to be ready in 4-6 weeks, took 8 weeks to receive it, pretend they need to hire delivery cie with an extra 60$ fee, payable cash only, but they arrived with a truck marked far below retail.After 2 months, I went back there to ask for a cushion repair, answer me no problem I will ask them to re-do a new one and I will call you when its ready to exchange it. After few weeks, and many follow up from our part, weve been answered to pass by, its ready. When we arrived there, they dont know what we are talking about and ask us to let the cushion there, it will be ready in the beggining of the week.2 weeks later we finally have our cushion back, after many follow ups.It is simple, each time you talk with them they give you the answer who wanna ear so they get rid of you, but dont expect them to fulfill any engagement they made to you.

Although the site says that they do furniture repair, the forgot to say that they only repair furniture that is purchased from them.
