This was the first time who took care of my car. It was usually George Rodriguez who handles with the service of my car. But I heard that George was in the hospital. The experience at this dealer was very good. I would say outstanding from all my previous experiences. Jay, the sales representative, was very cooperative through out the whole process, and saved me time on going back and forth unnecessarily. Once I complted test-drive at the site, I was able to negotiate over the phone, and was able to make a second and final visit less than an hour! I would visit again for sure if Im going to get another Acura.

Kyle in the service department has been taking care of my Acuras for years. He’s always helpful and makes sure everything is taken care of perfectly. I love the communication by text (complete with pictures) when something additional comes up. I had a nail in my tire and was asked to approve the repair by text. So quick and easy. I was thinking of buying a different make of car for my next vehicle, but honestly Kyle and DCH Tustin service would be sorely missed. Our second car is a Mercedes and their service department could learn a thing or two from these guys.

What a great selection of high end used cars this place has. I was looking for a C7 Corvette and this dealership had 3 among other luxury cars. My salesman Roy was great. He made himself available even though I changed our appointment time last minute. DCH also offers very good warranty options but are not pushy about it. In fact, they didnt even try to sell me one. I asked them!Highly recommend!

I had an Acura MDX for nearly 17 years. This was my favorite car I ever owned. From the day I purchased it brand new, I had it serviced only at DCH Tustin Acura. The service staff is awesome, especially Kyle. I trust them to take good care of me and my cars. I trust that he will always give me an honest opinion about whether a recommended service is necessary or can wait. They will never try to take advantage. Because the service department is so great to work with, I chose to buy another Acura when my daughter needed a car. I even bring my Honda Accord there for service. I got a good deal from DCH on Feb 11 2021 on a 2021 RDX A-spec, DCH was the only dealer I found (searched others) to have the color combo I was looking for, my wife and I were pleased with the helpful staff and in particular with Tyler, who went above and beyond to teach me to use the infotainment system, he is a super-cool knowledgeable & professional young man, I highly recommend Tyler.When I get my next Acura, the only dealer for me is DCH Tustin.

Disappointed with my experience. I emailed my interest in a used vehicle and was told it was not yet available and I would be contacted. After a few days I received an email asking if I was still looking to purchasing a vehicle. I replied and reminded the salesman that I was still interested in the vehicle I inquired about days before and was again told it was still not available to look at. Never heard from them again. Poor communication and no real desire to sell a used car.

I originally purchased my Acura 2017 ILX from Kenny. Hes a great salesman that understood how stressed i was from car shopping. It was with his straightforwardness and confidence that i gave him my purchase and i dont regret it since.Kyle has been helping me with my service and today was no exception. He was friendly, able to understand my situation and walk me through the process of what the service department will do.If you are stuck waiting in the lounge area like i am, they offer complimentary drinks, snacks and wifi. Its very calm, and everything is kept clean. The bathrooms are super nice and i dont ever mind waiting here.

I bought my used car last month and Dean was great at getting me in and out in just under 3 hours. The owed me a second key and that took a bit of effort on my part to contact them, which was not as easy to get in touch with Dean. Kemick helped me out until Livy from their service department got me in, gave me a loaner MDX until my key was made (which took much longer than expected by the Kia dealership, at no fault of DCH) either way, they held up their end of the bargain and I am very satisfied overall. I would definitely recommend them to buy any car there and the service department is great. I just wished that Dean was a better at following up with me.

:) I wish I had nice things to say. I understand with Covid and everything that the process is longer but I have NEVER been treated by a dealership like I was with them. I have to give some background to make this understandable. I purchased a Kia from the Kia dch in Temecula ( yes this review is for dch Acura in tustin, ca) and opted for the oil change package where it would be honored at any dch. I made sure I had this part correct as we drive and hour away for our Kia because it was what we wanted. The car is for my husband, he’s in the military and needs somewhere close to take the car because of his long hours he usually doesn’t have much free time and since I work a lot and wouldn’t be able to have as much free time as well we liked the ida of being able to go to a dch closer to us for Maintanence but more importantly the oil changes.Come time for the oil change I call in advance and let them know it’s a Kia Soul. Okay no problem, appointment set. Easy right ? I had a free morning the day of the appointment so I decided to switch cars with husband and and take it in. Okay nice they had and early appointment. I get there and it’s like I’m the most disgusting thing to them, the audacity of me to bring a Kia to them for an oil change ! I was told that I really shouldn’t be taking the Kia to them and take it to a dch Kia ( closet one to me is an hour + drive on a good day) and any time I took it to them I need to except it to be an all day service. All day service, for an oil change ? I would do the oil change myself if it didn’t mean it would void the warranty. The man checking me in also noticed that there was some paint damage on the front bumper. I honestly didn’t know but it happens, I get it it. He said he could assess the damage it would take to fix it while I’m here because it was some sever damage. I said okay might as well if it can be done while the car is there. Lo and behold 5 pm rolls by ( my appointment was 830 am) and I can pick it up. An Uber ride later and I’m there to pick up the Kia . I was told again that I shouldn’t go there because it’s an Acura dealership and I own a Kia. I clarified with him that with the oil change program I can take my vehicle to any dch and he said “ well yeah but just take it to the one you bought it from.”I just said sure, I really didn’t want to fight it and I was already late for work to get my car back. Again told me to go to the Kia dealership next time and handed me my vehicle. Was never told about the paint problem which just wiped off anyway. Went to the Kia dch Thats an hour away from me for next oil change. Such a complete 180 on the way I was treated. I’ll just drive the hour for oilChanges just to not deal with being treated like human garbage thanks. Don’t go here if you don’t need to .

I just bought an Acura RDX 2021, and I am very unhappy with their services and promise. They just give me the key and left to help other people, and they dont even bother helping me.They make us waited for really long time, and they tried to trick us by increase the price 2 times without saying anything in the invoice hoping we dont notice or check the calculation of the price, thats very dishonest practice. They dont bother give us a bottle of water or ask if we need anything. I had to go to my car to get it myself. They promise to install wheel lock and details the car and wash it before deliver, but they dont even bother to do what they promise, and the car is dirty I may have to clean it myself.Also, I tried to apply for 3 times Costco Auto Program and no one even bother to reply. So I had to called them myself. The Costco Auto Program told me Ken Nguyen will contact me, but he dont even bother to call for a week. Until now there is no reply at all.I am very disappointed and NOT recommended this dealer and costco auto program. My rating for this DCH Tustin Acura and Costco Auto Program is 0/10.

Recently bought a 2016 CPO MDX, Will Shaw took care of everything from the sales team, making us completely comfortable with the whole buying process with no pressure tactics and David from finance made the whole paperwork process seamless, also offered us choices for getting the extended warranty keeping our best interest in mind, since we are planning to keep the vehicle long term. Minor glitch with wipers and a recent transmission software update was taken care of quickly by Service team (Christian) so we can enjoy our new ride worry free. Overall great buying experience from start to end! Highly recommend!

I am not a big reviewer but this was one of the small ways I can share this experience I recently had at Acura. Hate...hate...hate going to car dealerships but thanks to William Shaw it felt like I was hanging out with my big brother only to help my husband and I get a perfect vehicle for our family. We have a little girl so we needed a safe, quiet car.We first went to dealership just to do research. William greeted us with a smile. Sat us down to make sure what we wanted and in our price range. No pressure to buy today but worked on our needs and wants. Went through inventory with us and we found 2x vehciles we liked.Will then put us on a test drive while he worked on our trade in and approval from a bank.After we returned he found a 3rd options which was a Black Toyota Prius V. Hyrbid, not a plug in. Showed us pros and cons and we loved it. With over 40+ mpg...this was a perfect choice to help save money so we can get a house in the future.Once we got back we were approved. I couldnt believe with only $500 down we walked away with a safe new car for my family.From Tina in Finance, she is the friendliest woman btw understanding our needs and getting to share our families with each other. To Kemick the Sales Manager who went above and beyond to get the most we could for our trade in .Lets just say it took 30 minutes to unload our car because we were not buying. It was meant to be and we drove off in our new car.I gave William a call a few days to thank him as I am getting much better sleep as this new car is much safer and reliable than my last.DCH Tustin Acura is where you need to go and only ask for William. He will give you the best service at a car delaership ever.

I had inquired about a truck that was still for sale and is still listed for sale. The initial contact was getting me a shipping quote and then I was told that I wouldnt be allowed to receive shipment as there are other potential buyers. I offered FULL PRICE CASH and was declined. Very weird way to do business. Not sure why thy even offered to ship in the first place. Very disappointed as this dealer has good reviews.

As I travel across the US I land here in Tustin, California. I was in need of a quick oil change so I decide to stop in. From the minute I pull up this is hands down the most professional and courteous Acura dealership I’ve ever been to. Chris was my service rep and was super helpful and probably the nicest guy you’ve ever met. He quickly took care of my needs without pushing service and sales. The DCH Tustin Acura service department is highly reliable and honest. I only ever take my TL to them (for the past 3 years), and they never try to up-sell you on services you don’t actually need. Prices are fair and decent. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you and make it not so stressful. They are quick to assess any issues and keep you well informed. One time my battery went out while I was there, and they replaced it (was under warranty). If I ever need a loaner car, they provide it. All of the guys are great but I usually deal with George and he’s so kind! They also follow up after your visit to ensure everything went ok. Just all around amazing experiences!

Right mirror needed replacing. They had part in less than 10 hrs as a overnight delivery. Duck taped my broken mirror. It was replaced by 1 the next day. However, these are tricky to stabilize. My mirror fell off as I left dealer but was hanging by a cord, not the whole assembly just mirror. They were mortified and had two techs at it to assure it was stable. All in all, was very satisfied with the service at DCH Tustin. Always helpful and efficient. 4 stars for quick repair without thoroughly testing. They did it right at the end.

Hidden fees!!!I always go to other Acura dealer until they mailed me the “long time no see” promotion of oil change. Little did I know that when I got here they asked for different services that always included in my routine visit to the other dealer. Adding up everything, from $39.99 in the promotion card, I just got $3 less than their regular price for all the service.Better ask for more details on your call.

Amazing service. I took my car here on Wednesday. The service rep was pleasant and approachable. We were told that our car would take some time so they ordered uber for us to drive us home. After a while we got a call that our maintenance would require more time so they told us to come to the dealership and that we would be given a loaner. They ordered us another uber to take us to the dealership. We were explained in detail what was wrong and given a pretty decent new 2020 RDX for a loaner. I picked up my car today and it works well. Overall great service!

The sales team: Vincent, Javier and Daniel all gave excellent service! I unfortunately waisted my time first with other dealerships in the area that over promised and under delivered. Tustin Acura stuck to their word, never played sales games and got me in and out in a timely manner. Also the fastest finance process I’ve ever experienced! Literally with Finance for maybe 10 minutes. Thank you for making me a raving fan!

Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Sales guy AND GM didnt make any sense how they jumped from one number to another. I drove over half an hour to get here and all for nothing. They wasted 4 hours of my time. They need a better GM this dealership is needing customer service training ASAP. Just sad. They lost a customer. Wont be referring them to anyone. You wanna make a deal and then go back and change the terms? Thats not how you sell cars !

Buyers Be AWARE!Very dishonest and disrespectful! Play low and dirty tricks!In addition to quite some other small tricks they played, I just want to write down one example: we agreed on price over the phone, but when I drove up there, the price was raised up even without notice! Lucikily I spotted it out on the contract and their explanation was misunderstanding, then I found out there was actually another new customer testing driving the same MDX I was buying that time.What an eye opening experience there!
