My experience has been positive. The staff is prompt and acts with professionalism. Dr Cullota is very good and always explains the procedure in advance.

I was seen by Dr. Boeckmann who said she would put in an order for an MRA. I called her office in Tustin 4 times within a 12 day span to find out where I needed to go but cant get an answer. On the third attempt, I was promised by the office person that she would call me back with an answer on Monday but that never happened. Today is Wednesday and I still have not received a call. So, I called them back today, was placed on hold for 5 minutes, and the call was disconnected. I give up. I canceled my follow-up appointment and will look for another Dr.

Not up to mark!I have visited for eye check up at Tustin location. After check up, I asked either there is any co-pay? They checked and confirmed no co-pay, my insurance will pay. After 1 month they sent bill, I called on number which mentioned in Bill and Paid bill. Somehow its not updated in to their system and after few months again they are sending bill. I hate to follow up, not expecting this kind of service, will not use again and not recommend to anyone. RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT TEAM IS RIDICULOUS. NEVER EVER NOT EVER WILL USE IT AGAIN

3weeks ago, Dr Boeckman removed Cataracts from my right eye. My right eye has shown loads of improvement since this procedure. Can’t wait to repair my left eye, as well. Today I scheduled the left eye repair w/Dr Boeckman for Oct 1. My vision had degraded dramatically over the past years & soon Dr Boeckman will have me seeing like I did as a boy. I only wish I had found Aquity Eye Group sooner. It had gotten so that I was continually bumping into doorways, walls, tables, everything due to the loss of my peripheral vision. I’ve regained my peripheral in the right eye already.i have already referred a couple friends to Acuity Eye Group. I know They’ll not be disappointed. Wonderful, Friendly & lighthearted Staff. I’ve enjoyed the entire experience. On a 1-10 scoring system, easily Acuity deserves a 10, all the way.

This is a nice office and the girls who work there are very polite. The girl that takes your temp and checks you in she likes the color turquoise she is very friendly and a good choice for first time there. I give them a eight overall and her a nine 😇

Dr. Boeckmann is awesome. She seems genuine like she really cares about her patients well being. She doesnt rush her patients out she take time to actually listen to what they say. Only rated 4 stars because of how his the place is.

My PCP recommended that I see an Ophthalmologist for a check-up. I hadnt been to one in about 10 years. I selected Acuity Eye Group in Tustin simply because they took my insurance and it was close by. But the truth is, I had a wonderful experience. Communication was great leading up to the appointment. The check-in process went smoothly. I was called to the back by Miesha (not sure I am spelling her name correctly). She immediately made me feel at ease and she performed all of the up front exam work (drops, images, vision testing, etc.) with precision, while making me feel very comfortable. From there I met with Dr. Boeckmann who performed a detailed exam, reviewed my eye images, explained the condition of my eyes to me, and we discussed my options for future vision improvement. She was clear, made things easy for me to understand, and I felt like I was being treated like a family member. Dr. Boeckmann was personable, trustworthy, and made me feel like she really cared. I am sure that she does this with all of her patients. If you are at all hesitant about see an eye doctor, as I was, I strongly recommend Acuity Eye Group in Tustin and Dr. Boeckmann. Easing your anxiety is one of their specialties!

My first time. Multiple workers to help speed up the process. One takes you for one test then places you back in the waiting room, then the next person takes you back for another test until you see the doctor. You will not be waiting long. Dislike you need a key for the restroom. Dislike they have you fill out paperwork and then ask you the same questions instead of reading the paperwork they just made u fill out.

The staff working the front office, are polite and helpful. The Doctor is very nice and explains, what she is doing and looking for. My brother is happy with this doctor.

Very professional people, kind and very understanding. Im having injections in my eye to remove a blood clot. I dont find the procedure comfortable, but the Doctors make sure it is done with the lest amount of tumour for this needle phobic while as possible.

When I called this place to make an appointment I explained that I want to get eyeglasses and please make sure about my insurance and they confirmed that I can get the eye glasses for free and gave me an appointment for 2 weeks after. But When I went there they did a lot of different exams which I had recently done with another doctor and at the end they told me you have to pay for your eyeglasses and insurance doesn’t cover it. I spent 3 hours going there with 2 kids with no results inly because of lacking the information by the person who makes appointment and when I complained she just said sorry. Is that enough??

It was very bad experience with Acuity eye group . After i called them and gave them all the information to scudual appointment and confirmed and waiting for more than week then i shocked that there was nothing on their system for my appointment in the day of my appointment. They wanna reschedule again for another appointment but I dont, because i dont trust them any more . They wasted my time and affect on my eye negatively. They have to fix and reform scudual calling system and dont waste patient time .

This place gives the DMV a run for its money. Two hours twenty minutes just to see the doctor. Everyone was friendly, but when you have a child waiting it ruins everything.

Had an appointment to see an ophthalmologist here and had a grest experience. The staff was professional and courteous and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining what was happening with my eye.
