Repair seems to be holding up right now. Service was great kept me updated any changes made.

Dave is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to call you back, and explain everything in detail. he takes the time to give you good advice on how to get better performance of your Appliance or machine. Hes been around in the business for many many years and carries a lot of knowledge and experience. He usually charges $45 to check out the issue on the alliance, which is part of the final payment, but at the end he is extremely reasonable with his rates, I would say too reasonable.All I can say is, I am very happy and satisfied with his services and I will definitely go back should I ever need his assistance.Thank you so much Dave.

Dave and his Dad are awesome. Super competent in electronics (hard core troubleshoot-the-circuit board, then solder-replace-the bad-component competent!!), courteous, pragmatic, no-nonsense, excellent conversationalist, plus great guys!! I brought in my Panasonic home theater system that would not start after a night of New Years Eve partying. It kept flashing a code across the display and turned off after 3 seconds. I was looking at a $1,200 replacement bill for a new 1000W system. I took it in to Dave and 1 day and $170.00 later it works like new. Thank you Dave, ...you have all of my future business. In this day of disposalism where replacing is more valued than restoring, Dave and his Dad are artisans that breathe new life into beloved machines and components and as such are a rare and very welcomed breath of fresh air.

I had a lamp switch that was broken and would no longer work. After researching places online, I came to Dependable and they were wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I appreciated their honesty and ability to fix the lamp in no time. I would highly recommend using them for any electronic repair.

These guys are really good at what they do. Their prices are reasonable, their service is quick, and they really care about quality. I brought them a busted amp for a vintage Wurlitzer and they were able to identify and correct the problem without even having the keyboard present. I was very impressed. I had a free standing air conditioner that wouldn’t power on any more, had a feeling the problem was in the electronics so just before sending it to the land fill I brought it in to them and they made the repair, now it works again. Their experience is priceless.

I showed up at 9:40 this morning, 10 minutes after it says they open and everything was locked up. So they may be out of business now. Going elsewhere to get my TV fixed.

Who ever I spoke with on the phone was very rude, taking my business elswhere.
