No tables and chairs to use when waiting for order. It took about 25 minutes from placing order to get ice creams. It was already few people waiting including one tired elderly woman and two little girls. When their mom asked if they can use restroom, they were told it’s out of service. Other places around don’t use Covid as an excuse for not maintaining restrooms and seats any longer. Those two girls noticed something on the counter with ice cream machines. They were excited so I looked and spotted… cockroach. Ice creams didn’t taste as good as from other locations, but that could be personal. Luckily didn’t have any surprises in it.

Creamistry as always was amazing. The owner, at least I think it is the owner, is always so polite and welcoming. Yes, it costs more than regular ice cream but thats also the point you arent just paying for the ice cream but also the experience. Watching them mix, make, and freeze your delicious treat is fun for the whole family. And the kids will love the fog the liquid nitrogen makes as it flash freezes a fast frozen flurry of flavor.

I really wanted the experience of liquid nitrogen ice cream. I found the texture to be very strange. It was sticking and hard to scoop a bite out. The ice cream itself is tasty. I had the sea salt caramel; I am always happy with a good salty sweet combo. It does take longer than than most normal ice cream shops, but it was a fun experience.

The ice cream here is pretty pricey but so good! Its worth getting ice cream here once in a while, but definitely not a place you could go to frequently without breaking the bank.

Came here on a slow warm day and was greeted with much enthusiasm.The store was clean and the menu is huge. I was overwhelmed by options but I narrowed it down to the Quantum Coffee.It was good ice cream but it could have had more toppings. And it seemed to be missing something that I can’t quite put my hand on.I would like to come back and try other flavors or even create my own.

This is my favorite ice cream place by far. I couldnt leave CA without visiting this place again. It is wonderful that they open late.

Upon walking into the store I felt right away that they would not honor the rewards program. The older man manager confirmed the vibe I got and said they dont offer the rewards program. **5-Star Rewards should take this store out of their system.

If there is a no star option that is what I would give. absolutely the worst experience we had. First we came in with a gift card and my daughter chose a creation and he said he wouldnt substitue the marshmallows. (The store in aliso Vidhi substituted it for us all the time!). my seven year old couldn’t make his choice so my daughter went ahead and paid using her gift card that she got for her birthday. Then after a few minutes my son chose another creation and he went on to use the same gift card. And the system did not accept the gift card. And the owner says it has happened before when his system wouldn’t accept the same gift card twice and that he wouldn’t honor the transaction! My son is standing right there completely disappointed ☹️ 1) he knew the system wouldn’t accept the same gift card twice the why didn’t he let us know before hand so both the orders can be placed at the same moment 2) how is this any of our fault and the experience that we waited to get dint happen. My kids were entirely traumatized by this experience. I told them things happen in life and took them to another place. Certainly the worst experience that I have ever had at any place. and owner definitely not helpful. A big thumbs down in all ways!

Ok, I know covid has screwed with a lot of businesses, but this is the worst creamistry ice cream Ive ever had. For a $9 single scoop, youd think youre getting top notch ice cream. Instead, I got stale, hard brownies, barely any Nutella, and someone elses strawberries in my coffee ice cream. I know things are tough right now but come on! Creamistry used to be our favorite, now not so much...

This place is amazing! The fact you get to watch them make your ice cream from scratch is dumbfounding! Love this place! I got a cookie monster nitroshake and its name really lives up to its taste and look! Cookie Monster would be very, very, very proud!

There are vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. There are so many flavors and combinations from which to choose. The ice cream is made to order so it is fresh and delicious. My wife had coconut cream for her base. You could not tell that it was not made from cows milk.

Always a pleasure to try it the flavors here but it took awhile to get our order. There were five of us and we got our orders individually. By the time the last person got theirs the first person was done. It could be because it was Fathers day and they had limited staff. I love that I can make a lower carb option using coconut milk. Mine was delicious.

If you have never had liquid nitrogen ice cream, Creamistry is the place to go. Its expensive ($7 for a small), but it is some of the best ice cream Ive ever had. The dairy base is unbelievably creamy, and the ice cream comes out so smooth and dense its something that just needs to experienced. The portions look small, but its so rich I rarely wanted anything beyond their smallest size. All of the flavors Ive tried have came out amazing: not overpoweringly sweet, and with a good balance between the flavor of the base and the flavor theyre going for. Nutella, Strawberry, and Cotton Candy were all just perfect. As a Disneyland goer, dont bother with the Nitrodole. Go get the real thing in Anaheim. But everything else is absolutely worth your money.Service at this location was fast and good. It can take a while if you come in during a rush, but thats just a preparation method problem and not a personnel one.

To be honest, its just ice cream, nothing special about this place. Youre paying extra just to see the liquid nitrogen flow. The place is roomy and clean tho.

I am a big fan of Creamistry. I actually had my first ice cream from them in a spot in Chino Hills, and I found this place to be just as good. In my perspective, the ice cream is very expensive, but that is all relative. It follows the nitrogen style of ice cream which adds to the cost, but to me, its worth it. From my experience, nitrogen ice cream is much creamier than its counterpart and truly brings out the flavor. This isnt my favorite ice cream joint, but I can see myself coming back.

Delicious! Im sure its not ok for my waistline but it was very tasty. Freezing cold with a smooth creamy finish. Choose Premium base is best but organic would be good too. They also have coconut milk option. Each topping on a standard flavor is 1 dollar! A bit pricey but I enjoyed.

I was really excited about this place because they make your order from fresh ingredients in front of you. It did not disappoint! I had a coconut base which is great for lactose intolerance since it has no dairy! I had a matcha flavor with mochi topping and it was perfection. It was fun to watch how it is made using nitrogen and all the cold smoke from the nitrogen flowing out of the machine while being mixed. Excellent in taste!

This Creamistry NEVER opens on time! Today Monday 1/27/2020 I went there at 12:20 and nobody was there yet! This is my last time visiting this location!! I’ve come maybe 6 times and NEVER have they opened at noon. The same elderly man finally shows up whenever he feels like it.

Be prepared to spend $$ for 1 scoop of ice cream... There is a baskin robbins, a rite aid and an Afters ice cream walking distance from eachother, I suggest going to those. I wouldnt want to imagine an entire families bill just for ice cream- save that money to go to disneyland parents!

Similar to Baskin Robbins, which is just across the street, but hands down, with better parking, fine resturants nearby, and spacious room, its a no brainer which one you should choose.The wait for your ice cream takes a minute, about 15 to be exact, however, this is not being stored in some bucket for 5-10 days, getting freezer burn, instead, they literally create the Ice Cream, using a fast Freezing/Dry Freeze technique that turns your base milk component instantly into Ice Cream.There is no other fresher alternative, besides installing Creamistry into your living room.For about $15 you can get 3 single scoops, that are too die for, or at least 2 of their specialty kinds.
