I ordered a printer from them through Amazon. The printer was damaged in transit. It took forever to get the claim settled with UPS. After the claim got settled they sent me another printer. The printer they sent me was different than the one I originally ordered. The one they sent would not perform the tasks I needed it for. I asked them to switch it out with a printer that was a third the price that would do what I needed it to do. A guy named Mark told me he would take care of it. When I finally called back he reneged on his promise. I thought my offer was fair but....

I have done business with this company for years and they are always reliable and helpful. Ask for Pam, she will get you great rates on copy equipment and toner. They also do IT and cloud based solutions.

Is this company lejitament. NEXT warehouse claims this address an online store for computer components and not printers but they are next door. See response from owner
