Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!! No communication they’ve had my customers heads for 3 months, with no updates unless I call several times. When you do reach someone they know lil to nothing about your parts and have to ask someone else in their shop.They have a sticky note documentation system, where they write your name an number down and what you want done on a sticky note and then say they’ll call ya and never do

Ive been around performance engine shops over 40 years seen it all from filthy dumps with know it all attitude azzholes to multi million dollar factory engine development facilitys with college degrees in engineering azzholes, this place is the cleanest well kept & run shop Ive ever set foot in shure it has war marks thats because there BUSY WORKING on customers engines not polishing the front door knob impressing people with glitz & glamor.Now for the staff Mark Kidd is an absolute pleasure to work with hes not an arrogant know it all trying to impress you with his knowledge (or lack thereof) just a absolute fact been thier seen that type of guy that uses PROVEN real information, skills & data from honest past experiences.The rest of The staff are the type of guys that apparently have been doing thier jobs for years with regard to organisation & cleanliness I really never had the chance to get to honestly meet all of them because I came 200 miles to this shop just to run my 557 blown gas Ford engine with over $35 grand in parts alone I personally built in my shop and entrusted mark to make pulls on his dyno.The day was an absolute pleasure everything went perfectly while making numerous pulls over 8 hours tuning & changing everything from valve spring tension to blower pulleys and everything between.Mark was always on it with his cautious proven approach running my motor using real honest known FACTS & no attitude.BEST DAMN MONEY IVE EVER SPENT!

First visit went well. They took the time to explain my options with worst and best case ballpark estimates. Very compitant looking operation. I will yank and disassemble my small motor and try my first full rebuild. The looks of the shop, the Super Sport outside, and the compitance of both Mark and one of the machinists gives me confidence.
