I recently purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-9 from Goode Motor. It was a relatively positive experience until we had discovered that our salesman, Rich, had mislead us on the features that my car has. We were told on the initial test drive, the second test drive, and when we sat down and ran numbers that my car had a remote start feature when using the MyMazda app. This is a fairly important feature to me hence why I had asked so many time in the buying process that he was for sure that my vehicle was equipped with this option. We had every reason to believe him as we were told several times that he was the Mazda expert at the dealership. After the purchase was made we set the app up on my phone and low and behold this feature was not one that my car possessed. I instantly texted Rich and he responded by saying that’s interesting it should have it, and went as far as contacting Mazda support to only find out that my car does not indeed have remote start. As a reasonable next step we asked him if the dealership would be able to install it and we would be wiling to even split the cost with the dealership. Instead we were told Goode would only cover 15% off the labor. So instead what we believed was a feature in our car we will now be expected to pay $791 (including the 15% off labor) to put on a feature that we were told several times the car already had.
We were traveling and our car got damaged on freeway. Goode Motor Mazda went far beyond our expectations in helping us. I truly cant say enough good about them. Sue in service was especially kind and helpful to us. I was stressed and thought trip was ruined and they assured us if we didnt have e time to get it fixed it was safe to drive after examining it. We were visiting our family for graduation and ordered parts and they got them for us and repaired car so we can be on road and not have to change our travel plans. We are very grateful to them and there excellent customer service.

The service department here is great. I’ve had bad experiences with other dealers, and my experience here stands out for a few reasons.-The communication; They texted me with updates on my car, and kept me in the loop as parts were ordered, delivered, and installed. Not all dealers do this.-Everyone that I worked with treated me with kindness and respect, and were very easy to work with. Have bought 4 vehicles from them over the past 6 years. We keep coming back, because no one seems to be able to beat their prices.
I would not recommend to anyone! They had good customer service until I signed on the dotted line. I had to have my car “inspected” before taking it home. When I went to pick it up I was introduced to the head mechanic who tried to sell me oil changes. I declined and tried to leave. My car that was just “inspected” wouldn’t start! I walked back into the store to talk to the same guy... He wouldn’t even talk to me! He had some assistant come help me eventually get it started. I later went in to cancel the GAP insurance and get my refund. I called several times to only get the run around. Finally someone told me they would be there on a certain day and time. I went in and of course they were not there. So far it’s been a full two months and still no help from them.UPDATE: The next day after posting my review, the “manager” called me to let me know they had my check waiting for me. Upon arriving he had me meet with him in his office to talk about my review. He offered me three free oil changes to take down or alter my review. Needless to say I told him I wouldn’t trust his mechanic to work on my car. He told me he was trying to “kiss my a$$” to get the bad review down. I told him if he and his teams would have had good customer service to begin with, he wouldn’t have to. Took my check and left.
I can NOT recommend Goode Motor in Twin Falls. We bought a vehicle from them mid-December 2020 with certain verbal agreements which they were happy to promise during the sale, (promises made by both the salesman and the salesmanager) which they seemed to forget about after the sell. After a long runaround and lots of unreturned calls they finally came through with part of their promises. This is now March 26th. When given the opportunity to make good on their word the manager refuses to call us back for 4 days straight. We eventually left a message for the General manager and have not heard back from him either. They left it to the salesman to let us know that nothing more was going to happen. We feel that this behavior is very unprofessional.UPDATEAfter connecting with the general manager they have done what they could to make good on their promises.
My husband and I visited Goode Motor this past weekend in hopes of purchasing a vehicle. During our visit with the salesman, I repeatedly told him that I did not want my credit pulled unless we came to an agreement on purchasing a vehicle. After an hour of trying to make a deal that we were comfortable with, we decided not to purchase a vehicle. We told the salesman that we would come back in a year or so when we felt like we could afford the payment. An hour later, I got a notification on my Lifelock account that my credit had been pulled by Goode Motor AND 10 minutes after that, the salesman called me back to inform me that they thought that they could get the payment down to what we wanted. When we left the show room, I was VERY clear that we were not buying a car from them. I actually told him that it just didnt feel right at this time. It was a violation of my privacy for them to pull my credit not to mention (and I told him this) that I didnt want the ding on my credit report. I will not be doing business with them in the future. Their greed got the best of them.
Worst dealership they promise to much got a 2015 ram a month with it had to pay 200 to them to fix a gas leak that already had it . Now 2 months with it they dont even wanna do the oil changes that it came with honesty get a car from there is the worst decision.For the reason i took the truck in was something that already had when u bought it from you guys now im having the same issue. So now im supposed pay for a service that i was supposed have with the truck.

I got my car in December from the Goode Motor in Burley and a few days ago I got into my car and the car wouldn’t start. I got a jump from my daughter and thought that maybe it was just a bad battery since the battery that was in there was from 2017. So I got the battery replaced and then once again and the same problem. The salesperson who I got the car from told me that she would check in the morning and see if the alternator would be covered under warranty. I called and left messages that were never returned and I later called the dealership in Twin Falls and they transferred me to someone. They arranged for me to have a loaner while my car was being repaired and when I arrived I was given a repair estimate that I thought was inflated. I left and got a couple of estimates that were more that the estimate I was first given. The car was washed afterwards and was very sharp looking, but it’s just frustrating spending close to $500 in repairs to a car after spending $2500 in a down payment. Also one thing that I noticed was the hood latch lever was broken and just left on the floor board of the car as if I wouldn’t notice, so I would’ve given them 4 stars but that downgraded it to a 3.UPDATE:I just returned home, it’s been about 6 hours since the repairs have been made and now multiple lights are coming on, I’ve lost Bluetooth connectivity, and I’m not getting any readouts from the display. I am beyond frustrated now!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. If I could do no stars I would. I suggest never going here. I bought a car earlier this year in January the saleslady was extremely pushy, I told her I had to go to work and she would not let me leave before I bought the car. Then they have very high prices and later to find out from another dealership, my car was in an accident, airbags deployed and nobody ever told me that when I bought the car. As well as they stated that my car was a loaner car before but no it had previous owners. Very frustrating. As well as me being a young girl and getting used there, disrespectful and not okay AT ALL.

My company purchased a vehicle from this store at a Utah auction June 24, 2020.We have not received proper paperwork to title the vehicle as of today (10/10/20). If you purchase a used vehicle from them check your paperwork carefully.I have tried to contact the GM in Burley since I was told that is the main office & have not received a call back or email reply from them. When I call there is no answer (makes me think they have caller ID and choose to ignore my calls). To sum things up we have a vehicle that we can not title/register because they have not provided proper paperwork to us since the date of purchase. As a small business trying to make it in todays economy this hurts us.
I recently purchased a new truck from Goode Motor Mazda/VW and overall am very pleased with my experience. I sourced the truck via Autotrader and was connected with Chris from the sales department. Chris communication was efficient, professional, and he went above and beyond in making closing the deal as easy as possible with me traveling from out of state. The finance team stayed late in accommodation of my travel arrangements and I walked away with a vehicle that was as described for a great price. Overall, I would say this was one of the best car dealership experiences Ive had. Thanks guys!
Our new (to us) used mazda with around 56000 miles on it broke down and we figured out it the rear differential was out. Got ahold of mazda and figured out it was still under the 60k power train warrantee. Mazda ordered the part and fixed it under the warranty..no complaints here..they did a great job and where very professional.
Good place to buy a car but PLEASE make sure you inspect your vehicle thoroughly.... I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Passat notice a little dent the first day that I picked up the car I called and spoke to Dusty Allen he was not willing to work with me as far as getting the dent repair.

We went in to get an oil change on our car and found out he price had gone down a ton and they worked the numbers too the max and got us into a brand new limited edition Volkswagen Passat for only a couple hundred dollars more then our payment currently was. I would highly recommend going there if you want a new car or truck! When the time come to get a new car I will definitely be going back there. If and when you do go in there please talk to Brenda and Logan! They will do everything they can to get you into the car that you want.

We just bought our Mazda6 here. Darrell Lage was amazing with getting everything set up before we made the drive from Pocatello. Unfortunately he wasnt able to be there when we came in to test drive and finish the deal. We had a rocky start at first but Brenda Fisher made sure everything was taken care of. She was respectful of our time constraints, worked hard to get us the financing we were comfortable with and treated our two toddlers like family. They tried to sell my boyfriend a car $8,000 over the Kelly Blue Book price and were so disrespectful. Some of the worse service Ive ever experienced in the car buying process. Never will I go there again. This place is a joke.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff always ready to help! Krista and Scott have been great at making sure my Mazda6s needs are watched over. Simple things like only doing air filters when needed and other important things like flushing breaks when its essential. Love that it is always cleaned and dialed into drive when I need it!

Flew in from MN because I got a good price on a truck. The tires appeared to have adequate tread on them but were worthless on the snow/ice. I was told I would get the “3 month warranty” prior to arriving and while signing the papers was told that I wouldn’t be getting it due to living out of state. A month and a half later when I didn’t get the title I tried contacting them multiple times, left messages with more than one person, and never got a call back. After spending over 26k I’d expect a little more from them. This is not a good place to do business with. Avoid at all costs.
Bought my truck last July. The truck has had a few issues, but through it all, Scott in the service department, has been very good communicating what’s going on. Everything’s that’s been done has been fulfilled by their warranty company including a new engine. Thanks Goode Mazda.

DEALERSHIP IS FULL OF LIES SOME OF THE BIGGEST SHADE IVE EVER DEALT WITH. theyll tell you one price online and over the phone then when you show up they say a completely different price. Theyll say anything for the sale, over promise and under deliver. Worth driving to another dealership.
I took my van in to get an oil change, wash, and tire rotation- using our Goode care package. They always do a great job and this time they caught an alignment issue that was wearing our tires. Very helpful and easy to work with.
I contacted the internet Sales Manager Manny and I told him exactly what I was looking for in a car. By the next day Manny had found exactly what we had discussed. I had searched about an 800 mile radius for the exact car I was looking for and Manny and his staff were able to exceed my expectations on quality of customer service and price. I will recommend the Goode Motor group to family, friends and co workers in the future!

This very friendly salesman took the price range they had and found a car they liked. The other dealerships we had gone to that day would cringe whenever would told them how much they had to spend. Geoff didnt! He took our price and found us the best car we had looked at all day. With a little more work from him they got the price they wanted for a wonderful car and sealed the deal. BEWARE! Rich was a professional at the bait and switch method. We stopped in Twin a few weeks back on the way to Boise from Idaho Falls, and decided a CX-5 is what we wanted, but didnt have the car we wanted to trade with us. All was fine, we were instructed to send pictures of the vehicle, VIN, condition, etc. We decided to try and sell it ourselves first. Well, a few days after putting it up for sale, I sent all the vehicle information just to see what they could do for a trade. I was made an offer I couldnt refuse, and we worked out the whole deal, with the promise the only thing that may change about the deal might be the interest rate. Great! I put down a deposit, and we filed the financial application. All week I was very excited, as all wed have to do come Saturday is sign papers and exchange keys. Nope. We arrived, and they instantly took back their offer on our vehicle and offered substantially less ($1500 less, the only issues were some paint, which we had told them about up front, and I had already gotten a quote from a body shop, so I knew exactly the top dollar it would take them to fix it). I was accused of deleting text messages and changing numbers in the deal, which was entirely untrue and appalling to even be accused! (I specifically kept all the information, just in case they did pull something like this.) We were even originally denied to talk to the sales manager. Luckily, he came out anyway (I wish I could remember his name), and he somewhat saved the deal. He agreed all of my information was correct. At that time, our new vehicle was pulled up, and it was also scratched! The sales manager agreed with us that this wasnt the agreed upon deal, and offered either our deposit back, or a little more towards my trade (which was still $750 less than the original deal). At that point, we just wanted to be done, so we took the deal and they buffed the scratches in the new car. The sales manager was great, he remained nice and respectful. However, Rich, the salesman, obviously took us as young and stupid and lied to get us back in, on top of being extremely disrespectful when things went downhill. Very shady. Unless you plan on showing up with all cash in person, do not deal with this place. They ruined what should have been a fun birthday experience, and now Im struggling to enjoy the car I truly loved.
The most dishonest salesman I have ever seen in my life. They agree to an offer yet when you drive a couple hours to do the deal it’s magically $6k more. What a joke. Words can’t explain how much I would NOT recommend this place!!!!

He let me pick out what cars I was interested in and we went from there! My experience with Goode for my last two cars has been amazing! I wouldnt choose anyone else!!
Manny was great to work with, he answered all my questions and did not pressure me to buy. I left after my test drive and he was professional and patient. Manny was honest with me through the entire process and let me know what my trades were worth without any sales talk or upselling. The car we purchased from the Goode Mazda team works flawlessly. The service and respect we received from the team has been poor at best. I realize that I bear the responsibility for not negotiating as well as I should have for the price of the car, and some of my bitterness may stem from that. However, the lack of follow-up care and respect demonstrated to the customer paying for their product is inexcusable.We were lead to believe that our used car purchase would have two sets of keys. Our salesman said he would find it and get it to us the next business day. He did not. We had to call the dealership multiple times over multiple days to get a hold of our salesman. He let us know that there was no key, but he would see what he could do and get back to us. Again, he did not. We then came in to the office to talk to someone. The managers reply was that, Goode is a family business and our profit margins are very thin. You can buy a replacement key from us so you can have one. (Side note: the Nissan replacement key price is 30% more expensive than the Nissan dealers price.) We declined that option to which he replied, Ill see what I can do and get back to you. Yet again, no one from Goode followed up.I can see from the other reviews that I am in the minority with my experience with Goode Mazda. Hopefully you will have a better experience than my wife and I did.

Buying the truck went smooth. 2 weeks later had to take it to the shop it needed $600 worth of tune up work which we were told was done already. I would NOT recommend buying from Goode. The salesman and the general manager have ignored all forms of communication as to not have to deal with their mistake.

If you want the typical car buying experience youll have to go somewhere else because you wont find it at Goode Motor in Twin Falls. Everyone is fantastic! Manuel is our go-to guy for car buying. He is THE best!! If they dont have what youre looking for, hell find it. Never any pressure, just the facts. And very patient! (Im very indecisive and drag the process out, sorry Manuel). Fantastic experience! I was looking for a F450 and they had just got one in. Mark Kent made a great video on the truck and went over every detail with me, answering all my questions.
I had a very pleasant experience at Goode Motor in Twin, they promised me they would have my car serviced and out within an hour, they did just that, they checked everything that I ask them to with a smile. They were friendly, kind and caring.
Some real used car salesman sleazy. Be prepared for them to not actually have the car that they list on their website. It could just be a tactic to get you in their showroom and then oh thats priced way too low and something is wrong with the car they cant sell it but hey look at this. Waste of time and makes you obviously not trust them or their vehicles. I will avoid them at all costs. You should as well. I would give them negative stars if I could.
