Im having the same problems as others in these reviews. They deliver to your home when they want to so you are responsible for DEMANDING to make sure they arrive. They seem to refuse to pick up my empty bottles after I paused my account. It seems they dont want to give my deposit back. A Shameful company who will gladly take your hard earned money. I will tell my family and friends to consider their options.

There is no place to swap out the bottles and buy the spring water. I have been to their office on Idaho street a couple times and no one is around. I tried the delivery but after being charged for spring and delivered purified, delivered broken bottles that leaked all over the floor, and then being charged for no delivery “picked up bottles” but no bottles picked up or exchange. I cancelled my membership and they still tried to charge me to pick up the bottles. I now have a ton of bottles that they won’t refund the deposit on.

Have had this service for several years. When theres been a hiccup, they were very courteous and responded in a timely fashion. So enjoy instant hot water for my tea and my grand children emjoy helping themselves to all the cold water they want.

Love this company. The product and service of this company is great. Never a problem with anything needed and requests are always met.
