Love this store. Our family loves shopping here. Prices are good and we love their friendliness. I really like to see the bathrooms cleaned up and take some pride in that. Its always dirty and smells awful when we have to use it for our littles.

Went there to buy batteries, one package was already opened, I offered to buy the rest of them. But foreigner cashier at the self checkout asked me where the rest was and accused me of stealing the others. Clearly it was already opened. And was already on the shelf. If someone offers to buy just the few items on a open package, you dont make false accusations. Maybe your company should train your employees better, and have real customer service skills, not just give someone a job.

Prices are excellent and best in town but customer service needs work. When I worked I always greeted customers with a smile and a good morning comment. They have 1 cashier in the Twin Falls store that I seek out when I shop here because she is friendly and helpful. Thanks Donna for your excellent customer service. All others need to learn to smile and be more friendly and willing to help.

Great selection. Great prices. I especially like their bulk foods section, particularly the spices. Huge variety of bulk spices and a great cost savings.

Love the store but the restrooms are dark and dingy and most of time not very clean.

Everybody was very friendly & nice. But back in the deli only 1 lady (out of 5) had on a protective face shield. The other 4 didnt have anything covering their faces. They did all have gloves on, though. All the employees at the front of the store did have face masks on. It was so nice to come back to Wincos low prices!

Always a busy place ..but today we got what we needed and were out in good time and there was no wait to check out ..

The store fails to keep the entrance clean. BATHROOM was also not clean. Other then that great customer service and friendly staff.

Dirty! Homeless people just sitting there smoking in front of the entrance wont be going there any more especially since I have my little ones with me all the time dont feel safe there.Amazed me how target which is next door doesnt seem to have that problem 😕

A bit different then I remember. But the prices are still great.

It was terrible. It was filthy, and the staff acts rude and inconvenienced with their customers. Prices were missing all over the place and the shelves were cluttered. Ive always put up with this in Winco because of the lower prices....but saving a few pennies is not gonna be worth it much longer. Hands down Winco has the rudest staff Ive ever encountered.

Its a better place to go shopping. The prices are lower then the other stores.

Its a good store, just usally there strawberries have mold on them.

If you are on a budget, this is the place to go. Way cheaper than Walmart, and the selection is always good. The Winco brand items are as good as it gets, we often find them better than the name brands. If you have to have name brand, they are still better than everyone else. Only suggestion, is to shop on a week night or early, early on Saturday or late in the evening. Since they are 24hrs, its all good. Otherwise, you might have to wait to check out

Was pretty quick at the registers today didnt have to wait long had a good amount of cashiers open but thats not everyday so Ill give them 4 stars for my experience today

Best inexpensive place to get Donuts!1 Dozen for $5.98, plus baked fresh daily, with a variety to choose from. Also less expensive for most other groceries and has a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, which is also a plus!

Overall good during the daytime. But very bad customer service at night. The cashier made weird faces to me at checkout tonight and refused to talk or say anything to me also. Besides the faces he made, I got silence and blank expressions. I would stay away at nighttime from this place.

I do a lot of comparing shopping and find that Winco has the best prices. More bang for my buck.

WinCo is a great grocery store. I love their selection of bulk products and the people are great too!

I liked winco’s mask policy until I saw several employees not wearing them. The employees should lead by example but it’s sad that a few of them are refusing to do so. It’s bad enough that there’s several customers being nasty and coughing and sneezing all over the store without a mask only to put it on at the checkout.

The cashier was so kind to the customers infront of us but when it got to us, he didnt even look at us and it was just poor customer service

If youve never been to Winco, they have every grocery item you may need. Overall they have the best prices in town, but theyre almost always incredibly busy. You can find better deals on sales elsewhere and sometimes a better selection of specialty items in smaller grocers, but if you want a one-stop, this is it. Their hispanic selection is fair, but any other ethnicity of food is meagerly represented at best or sometimes not at all. Theres not much in the way of social distancing enforced, but nobody usually is (or ever should be) that close in a public setting anyways. As an employee-owned company theyre more fair minded than many, and they tend to remember who keeps them in business.

The women that work at Self check out.Will watch you like your Stealing. They even took my entire groceries out of the cart to check everything. I called a man Berry or Something The Manager I went back with my Son&Husband I told the same woman to stay away from me.She went to a woman Manager and told her Something for 5 minutes while we were putting our food at self check out.That Fat woman was waiting for us and following us as my husband went to buy Something from the cigarettes counter.Not a good experience for us.Just remember what I said they watch everyone I seen it at the Self.I am glad I dont leave in Twinfalls we love to Shop at Winco. But not this Particular One.I also went to the register once the old lady was very sweet that works there.

I’m going to have to agree with so many others complaining about how rude the staff is. My guess is the entitlement from thinking they’re part owner. Figuratively they only hire Karen’s.

Stopped in to grab a few items, layout of the store is nice, prices are reasonable as expected from shopping at other winco locations in Oregon and Washington.

It was busy around 2:00Pm. But I was able to get in there grab what I needed and left its also cheap

One of the best stocked grocery stores Ive been to. They have great prices on lots of different brands. Also a great place for party accessories like pinatas. The bulk foods section is my favorite stop. I love the selection.

I get it ... its 3:30 am. No one wants to check someone out at that time of morning. Never the less its our 3:30 in the afternoon. Working the 12 hour graveyard shift.Rude is rude at any hour. The checkers disposition was horrible. Just sat wrong with us.

Average for WinCo. Friendly staff. But ooh no, customers w/o masks. Signs on doors clearly state masks must be worn.

Good prices generally but usually super crowded. Good if I find the store not crowded.

This WinCo must a newer store. Not the usual bad smells as in some of older stores.

99% of time I find everything I want there always great prices on the coffee I like 8 oclock in the pods

I loved the customer service especially when I asked this midget looking dude named felipe where the chips where although he sent me towards the meat section he was pretty helpful but he always stared at me weird when I was looking a way I would say he was trying to flirt but he was very helpful so great service overall.

Pretty busy time of day, lots of registers open. Got in and out pretty quickly with my 3 items at self checkout.

I like Winco but the one in Twin Falls needs to be updated and made bigger.

Thankful that the employees keep the shelves stocked but sometimes it does make it a little difficult to do a quick trip due to having to dodge all the boxes in the middle of the aisles on the floor.

Best priced grocery store in town. Customers are a trip to watch. No mask mandate and styles are varied. Sleeper pants, camo shorts, loaded gun belts. I just shop early and try to get out before it gets crazy.

It has been a year since Ive been home to Twin falls.WinCo still offers a generous selection, reasonable prices and despite the hordes of people, the crowds moved moved fluidly and the team members were observed to be productive.Cleanliness was being maintained

Wish more folks would wear masks. Our responsibility to protect each other.. But cashiers are awesome..

I generally love shopping there. Its my go to place. But I fail to see the reasoning behind making everyone wear masks if your not going to sanitize the carts or the key pad of the debit machine. Not to mention I have a hard time breathing with the mask on and by the time Im done I have a raging headache. So if your not sanitizing the why bother with the masks since hundreds of people have touched the carts and key pad before you. So until you use common sense I will be shopping at swensen or small locally owned business that want my business.

Good prices in Twin. Usually pretty clean but almost always busy. Making efforts to provide safe shopping during pandemic with floor markings and plexiglass separation as well ask mask requirement.Avoid first week of the month shopping to avoid crowds or go in the morning.

Winco Food, it has some great prices on meats and Vegetables and other items one of my favorite stores to shop at.

Winco is the best! Got me a 20# turkey for $20. it looked like they were running the special too where you spend $100 and get a free turkey.

Typically I dont rate grocery stores, but for this, everything was so clean and the cashiers were so friendly and cool

Quick shopping. Bonus #1 Employees that KNOW their store. Bonus #2 Super friendly employees that are helpful. Bonus #3 Prices that allow me to splurge a little without going over board. Bonus #4 Safety and health of everyone is still apparent. LOVE LOVE this store.
