Great company. We had two estimates from local door companies, both said we would have to replace the entire door. Overhead Door came by today and said they could fix it. They were able to save us about 800$ so happy we called them!!

Absolutely amazing service! When my garage door disaster hit I called Overhead who immediately came to the rescue. I called late afternoon, sent pics of the door, and within the hour was scheduled for repair the next morning. Both the scheduling team and repairman were professional and punctual. Pricing was discussed up front with no hidden surprises and quality of repair was great.

What a wonderful service. I appreciated the phone up dates concerning my installation. Rod, our service provoder, was very pleasant! I certainly would highly recommend this garage door service.

Our garage door went off track and would not close. My husband went to their office and explained the problem to the lady in the office and she explained that they did not have any service appointments available for several days. James Morris, the branch manager, overheard the conversation and offered to come right out to at least get the door closed. He was able to not only fix the main problem but also replaced the other wheels that were aged and would break in the same manner. The price was very fair and we werent charged for an emergency call which I expected and dreaded. Excellent service!

My door was severly damaged when the tow companys cable broke and my car came off the truck and went through the garage door. Overhead Door co prrson was out the same acternoon and assessed the damage. A new complete door was required to fix the damage. An employee was here the next morning and secured the door and entrance into my garage. Ten days later my new door was installed. Great service and on time. Very nice people to work with and a beautiful new door. Thank you.

I needed a part to fix my garage door. They helped me figure exactly the parts I needed and even had them in stock. They were a little more expensive than ordering online with someone else but their service was well worth the price. Excellent service guys!

First off I can not comment on installation, or even repairs.My issue arose on a Sunday morning, I had a piece break off of my garage door that made it unable to function.On the Overhead Door Company of Twin Falls web site they advertise 24 Hour emergency repair.When calling the phone number for Overhead Door Company of Twin Falls, I was directed by another message to call a separate number for 24 Hour emergency service.When I called this number(10am mind you), the phone on the other end was answered, but nobody made a sound, I heard breathing and movement, then was hung up on.I then called immediately back and was quickly sent to voice mail.Apparently the 24 Hour emergency service is a misnomer, and just something they put on their site to comfort would be customers for initial installations, as there is no true 24 Hour emergency service.While I will note once again, that I can not comment on repair or installation service, I do feel confident in my review of their customer service. Which is to say they have none of.

Great Company. They came in and solved a very simple problem and lubed up my garage door. Originally it was going to be 70 dollar just to come out, but they solved the problem extremely quick, easy, and free of charge. 5/5 would recommend.

Super happy, as he lubed up my door and repaired loose panels around it I couldnt fix myself. Since they dont make the door anymore, he said he couldnt get parts, so he did what he couuld to made it look tidy again.

Ive used overhead door for more than 20 years. These guys know their stuff. They can handle any installation for any application. They also have a great line of residential products, beyond the simple and traditional.

I totally destroyed my bosses garage door on accident while he was on vacation, I called overhead door and spoke to a wonderfully nice lady who completely understood my situation. With lack of funds and time to even attempt to fix the two cables I snapped and the glass I shattered I was pretty stumped. Overhead door came right out the next morning and I had THE MOST BAD ASS guy come out. he literally had my mess straightend out in 45 minutes... glass everything and it was only 145 dollars witch was a steal!! I needed new cables, track, glass, not to mention the door was tweaked. Dont hesitate if you want the work done right its worth the wait, its worth the money. :)

This company is horrible to deal with. Every time they came out to fix our garage door they would blame the problem on something different. We would have them fix it their way but it still didnt solve the problem and they would charge us for it. They never return phone calls either! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

This company is horrible to work with. Terrible customer service inside building. Unorganized and very rude. Trying to purchase something is almost impossible. Service is slow, always a couple weeks out.

Cant speak of their work or product.... have been calling and calling for 3 months now,, eating urgent messages !!!....ot even the common courtesy of a return call just to acknowledge the multitude of messages I had left!!!
