Very professional. Rented a mini- skid from them. It was delivered on time and the machine worked flawlessly. I will use them again for my next big project. Thanks guys.

I rented a skidsteer for half a day today. I picked it up at 11:45 this morning. Then I returned it at a little after 5 PM. The hours on the skidsteer were four hours of use but I was charged a full days rent for half day use. I protested to no avail. I should have been allotted travel time. I will not be renting from this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone.After getting together with the Barry Rental team and having the billing explained by one of the team members, I would like to extend an apology for my misunderstanding. I was only charged for the half day rate. The egg is on my face. The caveat is to be fully aware of the terms and how it works. I will rent from them again.

Yes this is real complaint, Eric is my husband and your office personnel are impolite. That lady was nescient, she refused to help him or take a message, than hung up on him. Her nescient costed you a sale. Sorry my husband wasnt specific enough for your liking. So it was a track loader. Yes Cat sales them because we have one in our drive way which we paid cash for. In case you wanted to know! I just called to talk to Eli & he isnt in. We are still new to this area but we wont be back to your store. Your reputation in this town is a lie

Call Friday 10/9/20 to buy a tractor and a lady named Catrina answered the phone. She was rude and wouldnt let me talk to a sales person. So it costed Barrys a sale, I purchased a Cat because they had better service.

I called & talked to a Brittany in the service department about my T650. She was rude & very vulgar.. I wont be doing business with them again & will be selling my bobcat. That place is a joke! With people like that working there, Im surprised there still in business. Dont waste your time with those jerks.

I visted Barry equipment on Aug .26 to purchase a new Walker mower. I had been communicating with the manager Eric on the phone and everything was as decribed and a very smooth deal. They are polite and helpful in answering question and their pricing was great.i can recommend them.
