Horrible! The male agent has huge man crush on Bruce Willis, hell be talking about Bruce Willis the whole time. After taking more than hour of customers time hell say oh sorry I couldnt find any good company for your car and auto insurance, get will ask for your phone number and he will call you with in 24 hours, but he will never call you. he has good customer service experience, but hes dishonest and a liar.
