Whats the point of paying for two day shipping when they cant even get it to me the day its supposed to all I got was a message saying it was delayed because the courier was already gone now Im out 70 dollars thanks fedex wont ever use you again

I have had several bad instances lately with FedEx deliveries. I have had packages of mine left at a house 1/2 mile away. One package was left in front of our house, leaning up against the fireplace and nowhere near a doorway or gate. Today I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my office, left at the back door of the building next door. Whats up with that? I have not been able to contact the local FedEx and trying to file a complaint on the phone or online is a joke. If given a choice, I do not plan to use FedEx in the future.

You would think that a company like Federal express would have a local phone number for the people that live here to call. I’m dang tired of the drive from Jerome to the Airport South of Twin Falls to pick up packages.

Ive recently moved to the Twin falls area from Alaska and I have to say that after five separate instances in which my overnight deliveries take more than a week I have decided I will never do business with FedEx again. Their drivers are rude the people who run the facility say they dont care what their drivers do and are absolutely not helpful in the slightest bit. My business is in Alaska exclusively have done business with FedEx for the past 7 years as of today I have officially moved to all of my business over to UPS. I strongly recommend finding another shipping service other than this one.

Drive made 2 attempts. I highly sought. Not hard to find it effort is actually made. Had to close my business and drive across town to pickup. The center was nice and employee was very nice.

Extremely out of the way in Twin Falls (it is near the airport) but the way to it is clear and the staff are nice. Have never once had a problem with their shipping process.

The USPS does not deliver to my house. Fedex cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Therefore, when online sites do not say which shipping method they will use, I have to list both addresses in hopes of receiving the package. With UPS, it was a simple matter of calling the shipping center and associating my postal address with my physical address in their database. FedEx refuses to do this. Its not that they cant, they wont. When shipments mistakenly get sent to my postal address, this ship center calls me to say I wont be receiving my shipment. If I call back, they refuse to accept the correct physical address or associate the two in my system. They refuse to notify the driver of the correct address. They simply wont deliver my package. Theyll come to the end of the road where the mailbox is and look at the house, but they wont bring it to me.

If you want the worst shipping service in twin falls idaho then use fed ex. They will indiscriminately open your pacakges. They will call and leave no messages about your package. You have to call back and leave another message to be returned. The staff are horrible and its location is very inconvenient for the citizens of twin falls. Do yourself a favour use ups or regular mail youll be happy you did.

A little less convenient than being in town, but still good. I have had nothing but good experiences with this place and the people that work there.

Lousy customer service with no local number to get ahold of. For such a big company its amazing it can be run so poorly and stay in business. I will never use them if for shipping and will try to avoid having them used when having stuff shipped to me.

My package arrived less than 5 days @my correct address.

This address is totally wrong! Its out by magic valley regional airport. We drove all the way back to twin to pick up a package that was not delivered to our house in Kimberly even though we were home at the time. But Google maps directs us to the old place fedex was at. There is no local phone number. Fed ex is not easy to work with. Lots of run around.

Fed Ex closed this location and directs people to the Asian market down the street. The Asian Markets attempts to serve people but is not very knowledgable. Worst of all the internet indicates that fedex is open until 5 but no packages will go out after the 4 oclock pickup.

Update your location. It’s seriously a joke... I drove around forever trying to find the “location”. Obviously don’t care about their customers because they don’t even take the time to update the address.

Cant find my address and all i get is an im sorry....your sorry your driver cant find an address on one of the busiest roads in twin....fed ex is scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees these days

Horrible customer service! No local number to get help from. Youre directed to a call center to speak to someone who was specifically hired to tell you that theres nothing he can do. Wait until tomorrow. Guess what dumb ass, no one will be there tomorrow.

No phone number to contact them and they cant even bother to update their information online with the the fact that they have moved to a different location plus their tracking is horrible. I cant even get an accurate shipping information. I hate FedEx.

Tracking says its that their Twin Falls location but I cant pick it up till tomorrow. Cant talk to someone at the store its self. Customer service wasnt helpful.

Didnt receive a package in a timely manner. Ridiculous that a driver gets out for delivery at 10 and doesnt even get to my house by six.

No local number to get hold on. I google map their address and still took us on at the old location.

Moved... and just an 8 x 10 piece of paper saying drop offs at Asian Market... but no address change mentioned.

Worst delivery company EVER!!! Three times now fed ex can’t do their job.
