Best auto body shop around. They made the process fast and easy. I made an appointment to get an estimate. Dropped off my car on a Tuesday picked it up on Friday the same week. I received calls from AJ to keep me updated on the progress on my vehicle repairs ( windshield replacement, front bumper, Headlight) etc. My vehicle was also cleaned inside and out which I really appreciated. The receptionist were very friendly and helpful. Covid precautions taken seriously here which is a plus. 10 star service. Definitely will return in the future and I recommend you do too.

I was sent to CARSTAR Tim’s Collision by my insurance after getting rear ended. I couldn’t possibly be any happier with them! My car was fixed in three days- remarkably fast!! They acted as a concierge with Enterprise rental car and I picked up and dropped of my rental at the shop, which made everything seamless. Car looks fantastic (like brand new)!!! Excellent job, superior service, incredible people! Very professional yet with a heart!

The work was high quality. Paint looks incredible.I gave 4 stars and have two negative things to say... but again, the paint quality was astonishing.First, my body lines on 2 replaced panels were not aligned properly.Second, there was overspray on my tail light and trunk from paint. They corrected the issues and I got my car back the following day after I attempted to pickup the first time.They honored the mistake and took care of it.

Two different colored headlight were installed instead of replacing in pairs. Mud flaps installed on the car backwards. Plasti dip was applied over chrome and is already pealing.

I got an estimate for a scratch on my car. They quoted $832. I went to see Highland Auto Body where I talked to the owner, Bob. He cleaned the white marks off with a solution and said it would be $38 for the touch-up paint!! Be sure to shop around! My car turned out great that’s to Highland Auto Body in Macedonia!

Great place, quoted for a replacement satellite antenna, 2 days later drop the car off they call me less then 24hr later to pick up. Radio works perfect. Car was detailed. Lifetime warranty.I used cheaper shops before, but you know the one time the fm only worked, you could still hear static. One time my am started static less then 3 month later.I’ll pay the little extra for quality. Plus the shop is really nice

Unfortunately, I have to edit my review. They used to be amazing and friendly, our family used to have all of our card serviced at CARSTAR. Unfortunately, it is all changed. They are overloaded with cars, I tried to call 6 times to get some estimate, was offered to bring my car, after two nights, with no reaction, simply took it back. So, my suggestion if you can not wait for weeks for your car to be repaired, unfortunately, you need to look for another place now.

Great experience and great communication along the way. They even detailed my car after the repairs. I highly recommend them and they warranty their work for the life of the vehicle.

I was connected to this body shop through Progressive insurance after a vehicle reversed into mine at a red light and damaged the bumper badly. The shop coordinated my rental and had my vehicle fixed in a week! They also kept me in the loop throughout the process. Very satisfied and would return here for body work. I was recently rear ended and took my car to Carstar Tim’s. The employees were very helpful and thorough. They also helped setting up a rental car as well as doing an oil change while it was there. After they did repairs the car looked like new again. They also cleaned it inside and out. Would definitely recommend for any repair work.

Dropped my car off on a Wednesday, needed a new front bumper and 20+ small pieces to rebuild it, and had my car back in a week. Id reck my car again just to take it back, these guys clearly take pride in their work. Hell, I think they even washed my car.

Great crew working over here. Someone hit me a few months back and after her insurance finally found a place they told.me to go here. Got my car done way ahead of schedule and coordinated my rental too. Check engine light came in when i left so they let me come back to check it.out and told me it was in need of a oil filter and oil change. Go here if you can but they are very busy.

I do not know these people at all. I will tell you they are the most honest group of people I have ever dealt with. I had them fix my vehicle along with a light that was burnt out. They did not charge me labor or the price for the bulb. I brought my muffler to get fixed but they recommend another shop that may be cheaper. Who does that! They also do good work and never try to rip you off. Cannot say enough about this place

Modifying my rating as I am satisfied with their response.Disaster!Mistake after mistake after mistake.Took my car in to be repaired after an accident. They call to tell me my car is ready. Upon picking it up, I walked around the car to check out the repairs. Some of the repairs were not completed. How do you miss not completing all repairs?!?! Unacceptable!!! Not to mention, there was gunk all over the trim from one of the repairs. Small details matter.Go back the next day to find that all repairs are done. Seems okay right? Nope, I had to pick up my car after hours, so I asked for my keys to be locked in my car and I would bring my other set. Car was unlocked and there were no keys in the car. Fortunately, there was an employee in the parking lot who helped me get my keys. Still, zero attention to detail. Anyone want to steal a car? Maybe go there. They leave cars unlocked.On to the next day. My son asks why the window was darker than the window on the other side. No one paid attention that there were two different windows! Seriously?!?! Another repair done with a lack of attention to detail. Have to go back again to get a different window.Finally pick up the car after a week while waiting on the window to be delivered. New window in. One might think they would clean the window after installing. Not here. Another detail missed. Sigh…I had asked the manager a week ago if I could get some type of compensation for all of the mistakes and the inconvenience of having to come back multiple times. If the answer was no, then so be it, but I felt I would be remiss if I didnt ask. He admitted they dropped the ball on the repairs and stated we would talk about it when I picked up my car. Okay, fair enough.So, I asked him when I picked up the car if he gave any thought as to any compensation. His reply was, “Remind me what the problems were.” Eeks, he didn’t even remember the issues we talked about before. One might think that more attention would be paid to a situation in which was admitted they dropped the ball. His next reply, “Honestly, I haven’t. I have been very busy.” Ummm, you had a week to figure something out. States he would call me by the end of the next business day with an answer. You guessed it! No call after two business days! Another detail missed. More poor service overall.The lack of attention to detail, coupled with the lack of care to my situation is completely unacceptable. Never again! Find somewhere else to go!

This place is simply the best place to go if you need any type of body work done...Jenna and Brandon went the extra mile for me as they really tried to get my car fixed in a timely manner...they arranged for a rental for me, made sure my car was fixed right and was 100% safe...everything was explained to me in detail and all of my phone calls were returned in a timely manner...you just dont get customer service like this anymore...if I could rate them more than five stars I would!

They dont honor their warranty, unprofessional and they dont do it right the first time. If you are not a Geico policy holder GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They have to be nice to Geico customers because they dont want to upset Geico since that is where they get their claims from.I had my car there in 2018 because they are a Geico repair shop. Another driver uses Geico so I was told to go here. They did work to the front bumper, and both fenders. Overall I was pleased with the experience but I had to take it back because they failed to hook up my door speakers. Not a big deal. Then in march 2019 I had an accident where both doors on the drivers side need to be replaced.and decided I would go back to them since they did a good job the first timeOne reason I went back was due to the fender they repaired in 2018 coming detached from the wheel well. I figured I would have them fix the fender issue while they repaired the doors. I mentioned the fender to Brandon and Lisa to make sure it was addressed. When I went to pick up the car the fender wasnt even touched. So I had to bring it back in again. Brandon tells me its within industry standards and there is nothing he will do to fix it. I understand there is only so much that can be done, but at the same time they had it looking right in 2018 and a small screw tightening and an adjustment was all that was needed here.After several calls to my insurance company and having the adjusters get involved, my insurance company decided to have me take the car to one of their in network repair shops so that it could be repaired properly. They repaired it and that was that.But now a month later and with the weather warming up and I am rolling down my windows, I hear a high pitched whistling sound from my drivers side window. This is related to the work Tims did when they replaced my doors. The molding was supposed to be replaced and it wasnt. Obviously the poor work that was done when putting this door back together has left me with this annoying sound that was not there before. After looking closer at the molding and trim, you can clearly see its dented and bowed in the trim right where the sound is coming from....imagine blowing into a pop bottle and that whistle sound...only high pitched.I called and spoke to Lisa who setup a time to have them look at the car. Brandon then calls me back 20 minutes later and says he will not look at my car. He refused because I complained to my insurance company about the Geico repair that they refused to address. He said to call my insurance company because he will not look at my car.Long story short is my insurance company is once again going to fix something that Tims didnt fix right the first time. Whats the point of a warranty if you do not stand behind your work? I have already gone to the Stow Municipal Court (they handle Twinsburg) and filed a small claims court case against Tims to get my $500 deductible back. I guess thats what you get for giving a company repeat business. Unprofessional treatment and a company that doesnt stand behind its work.

Careless, Awful work and so so service.Brought in four wheels and new tires to be roadforce balanced. Had the work completed for $130 +/-. Mounted the wheels at home and tq lugs to spec/sequence as I always have without issue (per FSM). Tires had a noticeable vibration at freeway speed which wasnt there before. We had our first son a couple days later so it took me a couple weeks to get time to bring the vehicle back. When I told them of the issues they told me they would re balance them. They proceeded to charge me a second time after the work was complete without telling me beforehand. Spoke with a manager who said he only charged me half price as if that was some type of favor. The excuse was I didnt get back in touch with them soon enough to notify them there was a problem. I had to bargain for a half price discount on work that wasnt performed correctly the first time.The vibration was now even worse than the first time and they destroyed one of my hub centric rings when they put them back on the vehicle. Called again immediately and they were full of excuses, cheap tires could be your suspension maybe alignment etc. I asked to speak with a different manager who was actually pretty helpful and understanding. He agreed to refund me in full via a check that took a month to arrive in the mail.Took the vehicle to a different shop to have the same roadforce balance performed (for less money and included a lifetime for the tire rebalance at any time) and the vehicle drives smooth as glass. Turns out it wasnt a suspension problem or cheap tires, just lazy, incompetent techs with more excuses than sense.
