We bought a cookie depositor from ProBAKE and they have been incredible pre and post sale. Extremely knowledgeable about their products and the food industry in general (they have a wiz food scientist on staff!). Would highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal work these guys do! Any issues with the machine and they handle it right away always pick up on the first few rings and if its a warranty part its usually at my door step the next day! Very knowledgeable crew came to setup the machine in store (Dallas Texas) Im glad I did not go with a cheap Chinese manufactured rip off because of the complexity in their machines as well as poor communication with Alibaba! These guys at Pro Bake never miss any of my calls! I would recommend to anyone buying any sort of machine
