Everyone there was awesome. Chip helped me, and when he couldn’t do something, someone else immediately came to help him help ME. There was a little snag with my phone order, but it got handled on the next visit. Very friendly and helpful people at this location!

Todd was incredibly polite, helpful, respectful, and cared to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. The other staff were either apathetic or their behavior was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable (acting flirtatious and unprofessional). I found the latter to be incredibly annoying. I was there to get an item added to my plan, not deal with men acting like women owe them something. I’m spending MY money through T-Mobile. Some of their associates need to learn to be more professional when a customer their age walks through the door. I feel like they thought they could treat me that way because I am a young woman, and I came into the store alone. I came to get a product, not to deal with unwanted flirting. I’d give Todd 5 stars and the other employees all 1’s. The way the acted towards me put me in a horrible mood and as soon as Todd got there, the energy shifted. I’ve been to other T-Mobile stores that have equal male and female employees and I never felt treated like I did today. Stay away from this Twinsburg store if you’re a younger woman unless you’re willing to deal with men being annoying and thinking they can charm you. Such gross behavior.

We had a great guy named Brian help us.... he was also helping 3 other people at the same time and he was extremely superb at multi-tasking but also making sure that he was keeping us in the loop on what was happening with our phone and he did everything in his power to make sure that he fixed our Sim card problems. Very polite. Highly recommend he gets a raise.

Chip was very helpful, but inventory is low at this store so you may not get the phone you want.

Great guys! I’m terrible with names but I think Seth and Marcus were the guys who helped my wife get her new phone squared away. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. Dare I say, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Todd was the best. He helped me transfer my phone from another account. He wrote notes for me to use in the future and was very patient. I appreciate the customer service. Other customers walked in he greeted them, but continued to give my matter the care I deserved. Thanks TODD!

So after having continuous issues with my new T-Mobile phone and my phone was not working at all, I decided Id just run up to our local TMobile store in Streetsboro. It was just before noon and NO ONE was in the store and the door was locked. They were supposed to open at 10 am. So luckily my phone did have internet and I was able to find the next closest store in Twinsburg.I was first helped by a young man named Lavonte. He tried calling T-Mobile customer service and of course was put on hold for a long time (Welcome to my world for the last week). After about 45 min the Assistant manager, Todd came over and started to help me. Bless his heart, for the next two and a half hours he tried calling T-Mobile to try to get them to check what happened to my old number that was supposed to be ported earlier that morning. Long story short, I just came home and started calling T-Mobile AGAIN. (My phone would only call them, no one else). I FINALLY got my phone fixed after midnight and speaking to a Supervisor named Lee in Tech support. (He was the only one that figured out what was wrong with my phone) but I did have to get a new phone number because my old one is stuck out in limbo somewhere.So I want to thank Todd & Lavonte for trying their hardest to get my phone operational. If for any reason I need to go back to a T-Mobile store, I will definitely drive the 10 extra miles to Twinsburg. Streetsboro store has lost my business and I know another couples who came to Twinsburg from the Streetsboro store.

The two gentlemen that helped us at this store were AWESOME!!! I believe their names were Seth and Marcus! They helped me with my trade in and getting a new phone - and fast! Would recommend 10/10

Jalen was extremely helpful and worked patiently in setting up our new phones. Much better in person than dealing with calling into accounts.

I have gone to this location before when it was still under Sprint and it was hit and miss. Tonight I had to go in and upgrade my daughter’s phone finally. We worked with the Jailon who is the Store Manager and he was awesome to work with! We knew what we needed and he was able to get my daughter her request and also helped lower her phone bill too. It’s good to know I can go there and ask for Jailon when it’s time for a new iPhone release. Thank you again!

Jailon was ABSOLUTELY the best customer server Ive ever encountered. His professionalism and patience is like no other. He was very knowledgeable about all the products as well as having a solution that worked for all of my phone and bill issues. Wish I could give 6 stars! Highly recommend this store. Marcus and Carlise are wonderful to work with, professional, and patient with all my questions. Marcus is brilliant at troubleshooting and has a wealth of knowledge RE: phones, apps, plans, etc.

I’ve had issues with this store twice in regards to misinforming be about upgrading my phones, changing of my service plan, and just overall customer service. They’ve only had one person working in store both times we entered the store. No fault to the young man working (whose only be working for less than a week for the company) but this location has to do better with the information they communicate between employees to customers and address the long wait time for service. I would not recommend this location and honestly wouldn’t recommend Sprint overall. And I’ve been a long time customer for the past 9 years.

We recently went to upgrade our phones at the Twinsburg Sprint store. We received excellent service!! We were so pleased and would recommend our family and friends to go to this store. The employees Carlis and Marcus were awesome!

I found the sales people were very difficult to work with on my first trip. My spouse went back later and they were apparently much more helpful. Seems like it just depends on who is working that day.

We walked in wanting to switch four lines from Verizon to Sprint and left with nothing but a bad feeling from a condescending sales person that just didnt have any answers for us. We had already made our decision to switch, but this guy lost our business with his attitude. We drove to Beachwood (corporate store) and were greeted at the door by a very professional person and left there with 4 new lines, 4 new phones and 4 new contracts.

They beat around the bush on all there stuff. Tell u one thing and week later totally different. And on there store opening on time NEVER happens. 10 am on Saturday and its 1032. Not cool.SPRINT

Stay away. Didnt realize it wasnt a corporate store until I walked in and the smell of pot gave me a contact high. The worker had no clue and kept talking in circles. Kept trying to convince me to upgrade to a phone I had no interest in so he could make his commission. Guy walked in while I was being helped to pay his bill. Pretty sure its a front for some other stuff going on. Good times.

Ive been a sprint customer for 4 years and I decided order a phone here; not only was I never called when the phone arrived, they lost my phone ( it sounds like it was stolen by a former employee but the customer of course wont admit it) and now sprint is basically trying to extort a $329 cancellation fee for the phone lease to a phone that I never received!! I spent two hours at that store and their response was go to corporate store. After driving to the other side of town to beachwood, I was told that they cant even look a third-party stores records (which apparently this sprint store is). I spent another two hours talking with customer support just to be told to go back to the store and talk to them. Its been a week and Ive heard nothing for sprint Twinsburg. Stay away from this place. Its a f*@king scam.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had working with a cell phone provider. They signed me up for their iphone forever plan. I wanted the black and grey iphone 6S. They were not in yet and gave me an iphone 6 in the mean time. They said they placed the order correctly, however when I received a confirmation email, it stated that it was for the white and gold phone. Their response: uh, Im not sure why that happened. So they tell me what they have to do now is wait for the wrong phone to show up. Then they can order a return package. They could not order the return package until the wrong phone showed up. This is their procedure. This whole process has taken weeks. I recently stopped in the store, and they told me they successfully shipped the wrong phone back and now they were just waiting for the correct phone to be delivered, and they would contact me when it arrived. I called Sprint and they told me the phone was delivered. I contacted the store and they said they dont have the phone and they wont until I sign another contract. I am frustrated to say the least. I will try another outlet store, and see if they can straighten it out. Avoid the Twinsburg store at all costs!

Sprint Store by A1 Wireless located @ 6465 SOM Center Rd, Solon Ohio, is the cleanest and most professional Sprint store to date that i have been into. FYI, I have been a Nextel and now a Sprint customer for well over 18 years and love how they take care of me and my business. Dan Griffin is the store manager at the solon location, so go see Dan to get great customer service, yes it still does happen. Great NEWer store.
