This place is about useless. Boy friend called to ask a few simple questions. He explained how all the cart shops around us closed and this one is the closest and it still 2 hours away. The man on the phone was very rude, and told what our cart is doing isnt even possible which if it wasnt possible it wouldnt being it now so he was useless. When asked to talk with a technician he was told no you will have bring it in we could make an appointment for next week. Again boy friend explained he is way to far away to drag the cart all the way to him just to talk to a technician. I understand they have to make money but being rude about just asking simple questions as to why something is acting the way it is? Thats uncalled for. If you notice the only good reviews on this place are from the place itself and a fake profile.Dont waste your time with this place unless you like rude customer service because thats what you will get.
